As others noted this was a somewhat middle of the road experience. We are fans of B Dubs and the prices seem mostly in line. Wings were pretty tasty. Menus were new along with some new selections and sauces. The place was packed on Sunday afternoon, maybe post church crowd. We were seated fairly promtly and experienced good service from our waitress. Our biggest knock comes from small detail items. Warm tea with no ice in the glass, served initially and our refills. We were delivered and appetizer and then lunch and had no silverware and no one bothered to ask if we were good to go. Luckily it was finger food and we were pretty good. All in all we will be back as I noted the wings were tasty!

I have been eating at Buffaloes since the early 1990s when the one in Woodstock was all there was. I now live in NC, but eat in the one in Canton every time we come to visit. I still think their wings can compete with anyone’s but their prices are becoming outrageous. Probably won’t be back which sucks. It cost $ 43 to eat lunch for 3 of us today. That was 3 baskets of wings(2 x small, 1 x medium) an order of chips and queso, and 3 drinks. Food was OK but I think it probably cost the restaurant around $ 5 for our food and drinks, and we paid $ 48 with tip. Not worth the experience, and I do not mind paying if the experience is worth it. How to fix it: Bring your prices back down and make us want to spend our money in your restaurant.

Middle of the road. The location in Athens, Ga has better overall food quality(i.e. in how its prepared). The menu is pretty standard American fare, and I’ve never had poor quality out of this chain. The servers are top notch(which is why they get four stars and not three). Though I really like dry-spiced wings, the cajun wings are just«meh», but the taps are clean even though there are only a handful of them. If you are expecting a «Taco Mac-like» beer selection you will be disappointed.

I miss the Buffalo’s on Cobb Pkwy. @ Vinings area, so when I came across this location, I had to stop. Great wings, as I remembered, and great service courtesy of Heather. We went in for a late lunch on a Saturday and the place was pretty much empty. So, anything less than great service would have been uncivilized… but fortunately not the case. Heather took great care and everything but the corn was great. I think we picked a good time. We’ll definitely be back for a late lunch…

If you are looking for a place to get an early start on heartburn and a hangover, then this is just the place. If you plan on staying sober enough to remember your meal, I would steer clear. We came in for the first time, anticipating a good meal based on how busy this location stays on the weekends. Looks were deceiving. For a place named after an iconic flavor of chicken, you can expect that they would ‘do it right’. I ordered a full order of wings, drums only. I got part of what I wanted — 3 out of 13 were correct! The rest were tasted like they were gently basted with grease After they came out of the fryer, with little other flavor to speak of. Yes, I like my wings mild, but mild and flavorless are worlds apart. The burgers ordered by others in our party were, in fact burgers. There was meat and cheese arranged on a bun. The tasting that I had and the reviews coming back from my fellow #foodies(most of whom were under the age of 10) was a resounding ‘meh’. I will say that the Quesadilla one of them ordered was said to have been ‘pretty good’. My Arnold Palmer turned into an unsweet tea after the first refill, which if pressed can be classified as a misdemeanor here in the South. All in all, I give this establishment two stars. Maybe I am wrong and they were a bit off that day, but for now I will stick to other options in the area that actually give me what I’m looking for. The fact that half of my wing order was left uneaten speaks volumes to anyone that knows me(and hence is aware of my love of chicken wings and other fine food). We’ll try again at some point in the future. Until then — Happy Appetites :-)

If you are ready for some wings, this is the place. Great wings, fries and ranch. Restrooms need a little bit more attention. Try all different wing flavors. Lemon & pepper the best!

We usually come at off times. The food is very good, especially the wings. We always have great service when we come too.

Service was quick and prompt. Thank you Bree! We both participated in wing bash and we agreed that the service has stepped up a notch. The place was full when we got there and I know why. The wings were hot and fresh and most of the sauces were good. There was a huge table and I noticed there service was just as quick as ours. Nice job management. $ 13.99 all you can eat wings and fries

Been eating at Buffalo’s in Canton since it opened. The service tonight was the best it’s ever been. The food was delicious. Wings and Wraps. The food also came out quickly, for a Friday night at 6:30 that’s impressive. Great job buffalos! Keep up the great work!

Fries were limp. Took forever to get new ones. Waitress never asked if we wanted refills or anything else and there were very few patrons at the time we were seated. Expected a little more for a $ 25 lunch.

I can’t believe I even had to give this place a star at all because it is AWFUL. The waitresses are mean. They don’t know anything. And every time I’m there I hear the waitresses talking about each other. The environment is tacky, the manager is an ass, don’t ever eat here. If you look at the health department and department of labor laws, this place is breaking all of them. And I’m pretty sure the waitress spat in my food. F this place.

AWFUL. I am in the restaurant/hospitality business and it is hard for me to turn«it» off. Having said that, I try to ignore the indicators of holes in operations and just enjoy myself. It was especially hard this time… The first thing that turned me off was walking up to the store and seeing BIGBOLD signs on the patio that warned of the $ 75.00 charge that would follow if you were to break a chair by leaning on the back 2 legs of the chair. Really? Not very welcoming. Try getting better chairs. The store was a little tacky with the outdated look and the dollar bills on the walls. The menu looked like it had a pretty decent selection and was what I was expecting. Our server was nice girl, a little forgetful and we had to remind her about a couple of things, but it did look like she was overworked. She did not know about the side grilled vegetables and I don’t blame her, I blame poor training and management. My kids ordered a hot dog and hamburger. Decent, curly fries were soggy. I ordered the Chicken Fried steak and loaded mash. Mash was cold, and did not come with the sour cream that the server told us it came with. The chicken fried steak was tough and tasted like it was fried in old oil and it was lukewarm. I had to send it back and asked that the server pop it in the microwave and heat it up. I wasn’t going to ask for to heat up the mashed potatoes alone, I knew that everything else was going to continue to get cold. My wife ordered the blue cheese blackened beef sandwich(something like that) it was only warm, and I don’t know why or how but the blue cheese was not like any blue cheese I had ever had before. It must have been so dried out from air exposure and old that it had turned almost into little dry lumps of clay. It was not very good and my wife had to wait an awful long time for the menu listed Au Jus. After having my plate heated up and waiting for the Au jus, the server comes over with the check. No checking back on us, no offer of dessert, not even a: hope everything is better.“ If I had to guess this is a franchise unit, not frequented enough by corporate to be held accountable, that and the fact that the owner who is probably cheap, was the person who decided to put up the warm welcoming $ 75 chair sign upon entry. If we would have simply been visited by a manager when things started to go south, then this may have changed things. Never coming back.

We have always had a good experience, but we eat in the restaurant side with our two children. The food is always good. We normally only order wings, but tonight I tried the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. It wasn’t bad. I think I would stick with the wings!

I have to constantly keep myself in check when I write my reviews, but here is my quick analysis of this particular location… It’s less than impressive. I weighted tables for three years when I was in college. I guess that I expect the service that I gave. This place just did not care. When I first walked in, it was approximately 9:30PM. I had to wait for the host/hostess for about 5 mins, as the sign said to do so. I finally got sat at the bar(which I had hoped would have tv’s and nice bar crowd there). Even though this isn’t a bar per se, what was there was less than appealing. There were four families with children in the booths surrounding the bar and three regulars — highly intoxicated — at the end of the bar blaring their best rendition of whatever country song was on at the moment. Once the less than attractive bartender greeted me, she asked me my drink order and then hovered over me as I was perusing the menu. It had been at least five or six years since I’d been to this restaurant and quite a bit had changed on the menu since. I hate being rushed! I finally just gave her my wing order and waited patiently for my beer. She then checked on her other tables and regulars before putting my order in… She only gave me my beer after she put my food order in. My food came very quickly. I will admit I was very impressed with the time of that. However, it took her approximately 5 mins from the time she took my drink order to actually give me my drink. I can’t stand that. I realized quickly that I was only going to be there to eat, as the place only had one tv. The music was controlled by a jukebox. I knew I’d have country music lined up for the next hour at least. However, much to my dismay, I was wrong. Half way through my meal, the country ended and the pre-teen music started. The families took over the machine and it was heaven for those that actually like Britney Spears. Ugghhhh! The other reason why I’m giving them such a low grade is because even though the bartender was standing right there, she never asked me how everything was. That’s just bad service. In order to give her the hint that I was actually done and ready to go, I stacked my baskets and put my napkin in there as well. When she finally got the hint, she came over and asked me if I was having another beer. I almost laughed at her and then stated no. She, right then and there, drops me my check and walks away. She already had the damn check ready? What a great upsale! If you’re looking for a romper-room environment with a great mix of country and Britney, definitely come here! If you’re looking for a nice bar/restaurant mix, I suggest you look elsewhere — such as Hooters located right across the street.
