C-K Nails

I asked my tech for almond shape painted black. When I left there the acrylic nails were so big and bubbled that they looked ridiculous, the free edge was curled over the tip of my finger and there was black polish on my skin that was never cleaned off. At that point they had closed bc the process had then so long, and they were so bad that I didn’t trust them to fix the job they had already done. Definitely would not recommend this place anyone.

Our technician was wonderful! However because they were busy we received poor customer service. Only one pedicure was completed at a time (which I could understand except several others’ services were started prior to mine) and during my service, my technician was directed to work on other clients, leaving me sitting for long periods of time with cold tub water and cold cloths.
When I tried to speak with the manager, she was rude, speaking over me and telling me that it was my fault because we were a few minutes late for our appointments. When I asked her if I would have received that kind of treatment if I was a walk-​in, she said no.
So while my toes look fantastic, I probably won’t go here again because of the lack of customer service from the management.
