if you fancy constant disappointment, aggravation and the worst customer service to match constant billing problems — that is ALL they are good for, as a company they are complete disasters. Sign up for them only if you like spending 12 hours or more a month calling them to fix problems…

I will say that after 3 days of calls Comcast Business class was made to honor our 2nd contract and waived the untold installation fees to switch types of existing Comcast services. Dale and Chad in the customer billing department took care of the problem and were pleasant to talk to after being disregarded for a week prior by other reps. The sales guy Randy has yet to ever respond to one call or email, but we didn’t expect he would. If you are having problems with Comcast continue calling, be persistent. And if that doesn’t work file your complaint with the FCC. They will eventually do what is right, at least in our case they did. Kudos to Dale and Chad, boos to Randy in sales!
