I posted under the Canton Brewery as well. Here is that post. So new there isn’t food quite yet and no table service but there is plenty of beer. The downstairs bar opened Friday, February 13. Restaurant is scheduled to open April 15, pending construction completion. Crank up the alcohol by volume and belly up to the speakeasy basement bar for a nice selection of handcrafted beers on tap poured by the very friendly biermeister and Fidel Castro lookalike, Grant, or the beautiful, Krista. No wine or spirits at the present time until things open upstairs. Btw — the Coffee porter is very good if you like strong beers. For now, bring your own growler and bring your own food from nearby Napoli’s, Arcadia, George’s or 218 Tapas. Enter through the secret Speakeasy door located on Market St next to the drug store for now. The 3rd Street entrance will eventually open to the restaurant and upstairs bar. The executive chef, Julian, is concocting some great offerings like duck wings. Cool space and could be great for a large group. Gotta get me a set of the vintage Canton Brewing Company beer glasses, too. Very nice!

Assuming this is the Canton Brewery here are my thoughts! Very nice place and could be the premier goto place in canton — Gastro pub opening soon upstairs — Reminds you of an oldschool Speak-Easy. But, one thing — I did not care for any of there 7 beers — I ll come back when they add more to their taps. No liquor only their brew. Hopefully in the near future I can update my review!

Brand new craft house. Located in downtown Canton, Ohio. We sampled all their beers. Seven to be exact. They are going to add to their list as they grow. The kitchen is not open yet. Looking forward to what’s to come.
