They have a daily special which means we had the Friday special, fried pork chops. You can also get fish. This is hard for me to say but the chops needed more salt. The special comes with two sides, I had the sweet potatoes and the rice with broccoli itch good. You serve yourself with Amish Bread and two kinds of butter, very good. This place is a bit hard to find but worth the time. I’ll be back

After getting a few recommendations to have lunch at Culinary Cowboy, I was pretty excited to try it out. It’s an interesting concept… 2 lunch specials with a variety of side options, or pick from a limited list of burgers/sandwiches. I went on a Wednesday, and the choices were fried chicken or pork roast. I went with fried chicken(dark meat), creamed spinach, and slice tomatoes. My favorite part of the meal was the amish bread and honey butter. It’s included with any meal, and it is melt in your mouth delicious. It’s times like this I feel sorry for carb counters! The chicken was decent, but I found the breading lacked flavor and it was too greasy for my taste. Creamed spinach and tomatoes were good. It is seat yourself, but waitresses will bring your food out. Service was very friendly, despite a mix up with our orders. The interior of the restaurant is open, large but frankly needs some updates. I was expecting better from the entrée too. I’ll have to come back a different day of the week to try something else.

Food was great. They have great service. Everyone is friendly. The prices are reasonable if you don’t mind spending no more than 10 dollars for lunch. You must try the fresh Amish bread they serve. It’s awesome! I would come back.

Stopped off here for a quick lunch while traveling through and searching Unilocal for suggestions. Atmosphere was kinda neat — had to order from a concession counter style window, but the rest of the place was as a restaurant. Daily specials for every day of the week, but otherwise the menu was kinda bare. I had a burger, which was pretty good — but not earth shattering. Pricing was slightly higher than expected.

Interesting concept. Only open weekdays for lunch — just two«Daily Lunches», a weekly salad, two burgers, and three sandwiches to choose from, plus a list of sides. Owner also has the Two Rivers restaurant that this is behind. The food was fresh. I had the salad — mixed fancy greens, strawberries, almonds, goat cheese with their own dressing made to match. I took the suggestion to add pulled smoked turkey — that really topped it off nicely. All entrées are priced at $ 8.26. Service was very hospitable. Every time I finished something, it was quickly taken away. Frequent checks to see if I needed anything. Food was quick if you need to get back to work. Country music in the background — mostly the almost elevator music type. Homemade desserts looked wonderful, but I didn’t partake. Very close to getting a fifth star.
