Great food! I love the root beer here its fantastic! It’s in Downtown canton. The food here is worth it! I very much enjoyed my last order for lunch although it’s been over a year since my last visit. My last visit was nice I liked to order from there because it was very close to where I was working. I can’t give a perfect review here just because something seemed off a few times I visited. It wasn’t the food at all or the drink. I’m gonna say it’s the general attitude could be a bit better in the place! Get some more smiles and a bit of pep in your step than its much closer to my 5 star review! Keep up the good work! Would recommend to friends especially one who enjoys root beer!

Order food to go. Got the wrong soup and my salad was wilted and slimy. Very disappointed.

This is my best friend’s favorite place to eat. We love it! The food is so yummy and there isn’t a million options which is nice. I love the décor, the mason jar glasses, and I like supporting Downtown Canton by choosing local!

The best sandwich I’ve ever had. Very hard to say which is my favorite, since I’ve had most of them, but love the Ham Apple Brie, Roast Beef & Cheddar, and their version of a BLT yum!

Looking for an amazing deli sandwich, superb sides, a nice root beer selection and a relaxing atmosphere?! Look no further. It’s worth the drive from Cleveland or anywhere else you might live. Turkey bacon avocado sandwich is my favorite. Hearty food served on gorgeous wooden blocks, which are all made locally! I haven’t been there for breakfast yet, but based on the sandwiches, I’m positive I won’t be disappointed.

I was in Ohio visiting and obviously down in Canton for the football HOF. We stopped in here to get a bite to eat before heading to Cleveland and we’re very glad we did. We are from the suburbs outside of Boston, which is a world class metropolitan city, and this place would fit right in in Cambridge, Brookline, or Newton. Simple industrial décor/silverware/flatware/serving dishes. Food was great, coffee was great, and the woman working couldn’t have been nicer. If you live in the area or are going to be near Canton, you owe it to yourself to check it out.

Fresh, delicious food expertly prepared. What a gem near downtown Canton. They have vegetarian as well as traditional deli options.

Went around 11 o’clock with my bestie. Trying to convert her to being a Unilocaler. The food was very good. Service excellent and it came with a smile. A nice variety of drinks also. My sandwich put a smile on my face instantly, i purchased the Ham apple brie with spinach. Mmmm yummy. The peach perseveres brought an instant brightness to the sandwiches taste. Instead of the chips i ordered pasta salad(it could’ve used some salt) the tomato and cheese complimented the penne noodles well. Definitely a return trip is in order

What a nice little place! Food is fresh and fantastic! Also very affordable. I love how it’s served on a wooden block and very convenient to have free wifi. It’s a bright place with lots of windows and fresh cut flowers on the tables. I had the Peace 2.0 sandwich special, wow was it good and filling for a veggie selection! Something I’ve never had before. Also had the home made chicken noodle soup, yum! Totally recommend this place for a healthy delicious meal.

Ate here today for the first time after reading the other reviews I decided to try this place. I went in around 1 o’clock and ordered two sandwiches to go. My order was ready in about 5 minutes which was awesome! I ordered the herbivore and a grilled cheese for t daughter. My sandwich was delicious! Not many places offer GOOD veggie sandwiches and its was fantastic! My daughter also loved her grilled cheese(you know it’s good when the sandwich comes w chips and my daughter doesn’t even touch the chips!!!) The décor is very rustic and cute I noticed they had mason jars for drinks if you were dining in and a signage to let you know their produce is local which is another plus! Also, I love that their to go containers are eco friendly!!! I love supporting eco friendly businesses. I’m not super crazy about deli Ohio’s location I was able to find it easily but was unsure of where to park and with all the one way streets in canton it took me about 10 minutes of driving around to find the parking lot. But it was worth it!!!

The sandwich i had was good. I didnt really know the place i was walking into, as i was in town for work, and here based on Unilocal reviews. It was good honest, hearty food. Which is what i expected from this part of OH. I would compare this place to a Panera, but with a local twist. It was good food. If your in canton and looking for lunch. This is a solid option.

Nice homey place in Downtown Canton. Clean and friendly. Just had the Ruben. It was different. Chipped roast beef with red cabbage slaw and Russian dressing. The rye bread was really good. Home made locally. Good dill pickle too. Get a salad to go with your sandwich for very little money

Deli Ohio seems too quality for Canton… Or maybe Canton is improving. Ya we’ll go with that. From their fresh organic ingredients, to the whole look and feel of the place, everything makes up for the type of place you might find in a city considerably larger than Canton. Not usually very busy though. I’ve tried several of the sandwiches, and they all feel and taste very homemade. The Ham-Apple-Brie is popular for a reason. It’s interesting but not so much that most people wouldn’t like it. And they have a great selection of other products as well. An assortment of drinks not found most places– San Pelligrinos and such. They sell bags of Popped popcorn, which is from Kent, Ohio; and they’ll brew you up a fresh cup of Bent Tree coffee(out of Kent also), made with a chemex. I’m gonna say Deli Ohio is beginning to add a new dimension to downtown Canton!

After sampling some of their food on a Canton Food Tour, we decided to come back the next day for lunch. This place is awesome! The atmosphere inside is clean and calm. I love the self-serve water dispensers(I drink a ton of water!). I had the turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich for lunch with the green apple slaw. The food came beautifully presented, and it was so delicious! Just the perfect amount of each ingredient so you could taste everything and nothing overpowers. I will definitely eat here again and suggest it enthusiastically. It might be a little difficult to spot though. They don’t have signs visible when approaching from the north or east, so keep your eyes open.

I was driving through Canton looking for a quick bite to eat and found Deli Ohio on Unilocal. After seeing a sign for their special sandwich«The Peace», which featured made in house hummus, locally grown produce and feta cheese, I knew I had chosen the right place. The Food: Phenomenal! Had trouble choosing with all of the great options. In addition to «the peace», I had buffalo sauce cole slaw which had a hint of bleu cheese. Everything tasted fresh and made to perfection. I’d recommend this place to someone looking for a quick bite to eat for lunch, especially for their gourmet sandwiches.

I love the whole idea of this place, and the grub isn’t bad either. A friend from Canton took me here, and I’m glad he did. All of their foods are locally sourced, and that’s a big thing, and a good thing. We both got sandwiches and sides, as we might at any deli, he: the Ham Apple Brie, me: the Italian Beef. Both sandwiches were good(we swapped halves). I don’t know, I could go to any random deli, and get a decent sandwich, or I could go here and get the same/better quality sandwich knowing that it was locally sourced. That’s important to the local economy, and I like to support places like that. And… It’s BYOB. I brought a Cincinnati beer. @Represent! ;) Oh crap, I almost forgot to mention the Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies! Stick one in your face!
