they are the worst cleaners in canton. i went to have some items cleaned and they didn’t only lose one of my blouses. she argued with me about it. and i adimently told her if she would have given me a ticket stating the quantity of my items she would see she lost one of them. on top of that my «supposedly» laundered items smelled like their nasty cleaners on marietta hwy. it didn’t smell like fresh drycleaned items but instead a very funky smell that you can smell when you walk in the place. again she wanted to argue about that as well. and i told her the reason you can’t smell it is b/c you are in here with the smell daily. they should be shut down! they are taking people’s money and clothing. they have no idea how to run a cleaners. nor do they know what customer service is. i would think twice before going to this place! they have several locations. be very aware!!! the location i went to is off marietta hwy in the kroger shopping center.

dropped off 2 shorts that were clean with no stains. 1 pair needed new zipper other needed a button. this indian lady was very rude & had attitude. my shorts had black stains on them when I got them home brought them back same indian lady gave an attitude when I told her they needed to fix the stains. she barely spoke to me & left me at drive thru for a while. she tried to have me pay w/out checking how she«steamed clean» the stains. then the shorts with the new button I checked and the button was too big to go thru the whole. i will NEVER go back to this place EVER. its at hwy 140& east Cherokee dr. god help us if she is the owner.

I’ve given these people so many second chances. On numerous occasions I’ve had to bring dry cleaning back and rarely do my shirts look like they were professionally dry-cleaned when I wear them. This last experience however, was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I spent money I don’t have on name-tapes for my Navy uniform and dropped them off to have them sewn on. I gave them EXPLICIT instruction on how and where to sew the patches on. Of course, they sewed them on wrong and then refused to turn the uniform over to me free of charge without consent from the boss. The clerk refused to call the boss also. So now I have a uniform that I spent a lot of money on that I can’t even wear that is also not even in my possession!!! It’s not like this place is even cheap either. I have patronized this business for the last time. P. S. This post refers to the Esquire Cleaners on Hwy 140 at Laurel Canyon. This store is run by the same people.
