RUDE RUDE RUDE. Lousy customer service. Pulled up in my Porsche. Older guy comes out and says «not responsible for damage». I said can you watch under it. «Nope». I said if the front lip clears, the rest will. He says «not responsible for any damage». I said can you watch the front lip, if it clears I’ll be fine. «nope». I said, you can’t watch the front of the car. «nope». What a jerk. The he says «I don’t want to work on a Porsche». Whatever. I left without a simple thanks for stopping by — sorry… Wife had a similar experience last year.

I have been going here for about ten years. My adult children now go here. For the most part they are friendly. They always try to up sell but I figure that is what they are told to do. We’ve only had a problem one time after they worked on my husbands truck. Overall I feel confident in using them for oil changes.

We have been going to the 50s oil for some time but it has gotten bad recently and fast. An older man recently changed the oil for my wife while my young son was in the vehicle. This person was rude and unprofessional as he wouldn’t grant the respect of walking to the window but rather yell across the garage. Apparently he was upset about another employee and was throwing things and cursing about his job. He berated my wife for giving him a coupon and told her that the battery needed to be changed (just purchased and was in great shape), the coolent needed to be changed although he didn’t want to bother checking it first, and the air filter needed to be changed. My son commented that he was a mean man as my wife was leaving. Unfortunately no amount of remorse or savings offering would make us try them again. Sad, it used to be a good place but I would stay away now!

This is a Great Oil Change Facility! They’re always friendly and helpfull. I bring all of my familes cars there, and have never been disapointed!

Terrible customer service-​no etiquette or friendliness involved! Stopped going here because last time I went I was a little over not too much and one jerk stood in front of everyone berating me for 5 minutes about it and about how if there’s a problem he won’t honor a warranty, which I understand, but there’s a nice way to say it and not a rude kind of way.

I just got an oil change there yesterday. Today as I was driving, my pedals and breaks stopped working and my car was dropping oil. It turns out the dented the oil tube and didn’t tighten it. I almost crashed today because of their mistake. I will never go to that place again. Also way too expensive.

Great service. They were patient with me while I call my boyfriend to make sure I’m getting what I need. I ended up getting an engine flush for $ 13 more, which I figured I needed since I was 1,500 over my oil change limit. They also filled my tires and I got a free car wash.
Not to mention the 20% off!
