Had to amend my earlier review after discovering Gail was unexpectedly ill, and unable to find anyone to cover for her. Unfortunately I didn’t have any way of knowing that when the order was cancelled.

Beautiful arrangement but flowers wilted or dead the next day. Yes, I added water to the vase when I brought it home as I had noticed a couple stem endings not in the water. The roses were totally gone the next day. Gail was rude when order placed, then called us the next day to pick them up early when we were at a family dinner. Supposed to be open until 4PM but suggested if we wanted the flowers we had better come by 3PM. It seems like she sold us old flowers. If she was low on flowers she should have refused our order.

The work may be nice, however customer service brings it way down, I purchased roses on march 20th. When I went to pay she informed me they didn’t take American Express and she was polite, I being in the credit card business said«you really should take it». She became more unfriendly and she said. «No I don’t». Her roses were prettier then Kroger but if your having a bad day you don’t takeout out on the customer, I would rather go somewhere friendly,

Gail is absolutely fantastic!!! I was blown away with the customer service I received today and that is a rare occurrence these days! I called Gail today from CA to have flowers delivered for my Mother’s 65th BDay and my Mother received the flowers in less than 2 hours. Not only did she receive the flowers in a great time frame, my Mother said her flower arrangement is gorgeous. Gail has made my day to take such care of my Mother & I will be using her for ALL my future flower needs for my Mom… Thanks Gail!!!
