Gamestop

I am upgrading this rating to 2.5 stars from 2 (previous review) but I can’t differentiate that on Unilocal.So after writing an email to the GameStop customer service (because it was impossible to get through via phone) they replied after a few business days. They asked for more details about the incident and «contacted the appropriate district manager», who called me on my cell phone and seemed like he really wanted to help me resolve my problem. He actually was very helpful and professional and he gave me the option to either upgrade to an iPad 3 or get a refund even though it was beyond the return period. I decided to just end my bad luck with this company once and for all and ask for a refund.
This 6 month saga is finally over! I am sure all parties involved are happy about that. Anyway I ended up buying a new iPad mini.

Very nice GameStop. It is very full of games. It does not have Ps2 or GameCube games though. Oh we’ll. I was still able to find a game that I wanted. It gives you fair prices for good video games. ⁵⁄₅

This GameStop is in the Village Shoppes in Canton, and is good.
Sometimes there isn’t enough staff, yet the video games are always organized and the store is always pleasant. Overall, good store.
