Now, I need to divide this review into two parts. Customer Service/Staff: 5/5, fantastic! Products: 3⁄5 I came in because the used controller on my PS3 wasn’t working. They happily returned it and gave me another one that looked much newer. Still wasn’t working. So I came back with the entire system. They returned it and gave me a new one. Disappointed since my games were on the system but oh well. The new controller for the new PS3 didn’t work so I called them ahead of time and went in again. This time they had one charging to prove that it worked and exchanged it for me. So the staff was very friendly, they didn’t get angry, they sounded sorry I had so much of an issue and returned everything very quickly. I’ve gotten a lot of used systems before and this is the first time I’ve had a problem but still, three trips? Please check your products before you sell used items.
