Do not stay here unless you can deal with incompetent administration and management. Filthy dirty; quality has consistently been going south. Safety is less and less.

In my opinion, one star is being generous. I have lived here since March 15th of this year, and I absolutely cannot wait to get out! Unfortunately I am stuck here until March of 2015. There’s always roaches inside my apartment (which absolutely terrify my 2 year old), there’s too many birds that live here and poop all over everybody’s cars and porches, the side of the apartment where my door lets out is completely flooded every time it rains, which traps me here. The grounds smell like feces and rotting flesh, the walls and homes smell awful, I leave here and the smell stays on my clothes. I honestly do not have anything positive to say about these apartments. Worst experience ever!

I can not recommend this location. We have had a fire in an apartment, and we personally had a flood. They cut a hole in our wall and it took them three weeks to repair, in our building the outside is very dirty people throw their trash and it is not cleaned. We have had to call the after hours number and if the police are busy they won’t come and we do not have on site maintenance so it is a slow response time.
