we have sent all of our employees here in the past for random selection and pre employnent drug and alcohol testing and we have never had any problem until today.
The receptionist that answers the phone is extremely rude and they only take appointments. So they will turn you away if you don’t have an appointment very inconvenient. They said that they have always had the appointment policy. I informed them that in the past we have always sent them in with no appointment and they always received them. After telling them that, that did not change anything. That is not the way you should treat customers. They should of tried to fit them in that day and do anything possible to get them tested that’s called great customer service.
We will be using someone else.
