Had our Son’s third Birthday here, and the venue was great! Staff was very helpful, and the activities suited kids of varying ages. Would definitely recommend.

We have had a couple of parties here and attended a couple as well. Unfortunately at our last party the main tiger inflatable was not inflated properly and while the staff was working on that, the inflatable next to it deflated with kids in it. It was a major safety issue that was caused by an electrical problem. This business should have an emergency backup generator since these things weigh in excess of 700 pounds. Luckily nobody was hurt but I tried to express my concerns with the owner and he was not receptive to suggestions and cheap with offering discounts for my party that was ruined.

Owner has poor customer service; staffing only at 1 of the bouncy’s when there should be staffing at each operating bouncy. I will not be going back for the safety of my kids and will not be recommending this place; it has too many safety issues and the owner has no concern whatsoever over the children’s safety!

My daughter had her bat mitzvah party here a couple of years ago; I was surprised to see no reviews so decided to write one. I think they did an excellent job and the inflatables were great — never saw anything like them. We had limited space for them as we kept some floor space for a dance floor, but the Velcro wall was lots of fun (we also had another one but I can’t remember what…).
Steve, the manager, acted as DJ and he did a very good job — he knew exactly what kids that age want, having some of his own, and what games to play, videos to put on, etc. He also played enough 60’s-80’s music so the adults could dance also; and everyone danced to Love Shack, YMCA, etc. He knew all the games the kids liked and they spent some time doing that. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more; everyone had a good time.
The fact that they also had an ‘extra’ room was great, as we set that up as a place where us older folk and our parents and friends could escape the fray. They set it up nicely with tablecloths, balloons, etc. However, everyone still spent most of the time at the main party, it was so well done that no one really felt the need to get away!
Finding our own catering/​drink vendors was somewhat a pain but it also gave us the opportunity to save a LOT of money. We had Blue Ribbon BBQ cater the event which was great — ended up being about $ 12 a person (in 2010) including dessert. We also bought some cookies and brownies from B.J.‘s and put them out ourselves. I forget where we hired the bartender/​servers from but they all did a great job.
My husband and I made very short speeches and we showed a slide/​music presentation I had made about our daughter on the large screen. We didn’t do the candlelighting and cake thing, but it could easily have been arranged.
I came in about ½ hour before the party started and put some colorful paper tablecloths and centerpieces on the tables, set up a board for good wishes, and set up some other special things. The staff at Its2Cool helped me and it was all very easy. We also saved a money by not needing a special decorator — it was not at all difficult to do on our own (½ hour at a party store plus some more time making ‘special’ custom things).
All in all I was very happy with everything and would definitely recommend having a party or any type of celebration there. The people were very easy to work with; we changed our minds many times about how we wanted things to be set up, right up to the day of the party, and they all took it in stride.
We’re planning to return for our son’s bar mitzvah in two years and do everything the same. Everyone had a great time, the cost was reasonable, and the staff was great to work with. What more could you ask?

We recently had our son’s 6^th birthday at Its2Cool in Canton. We heard about this venue when attending the Legofest at the Hynes Convention Center. I was intrigued by their pictures and moon-​bounces. I was inviting my son’s entire Kindergarten class and I wanted somewhere they could burn off steam. At the Legofest they were creating wax hands and doing airbrush tattoos. They were a popular booth.
When I booked the party, I was excited about the space. It was going to be pricey but I thought it would beat cleaning my entire house and having 24– 6 year olds running around in it. The people were good at getting back to me and we booked the party for a Sunday afternoon. I asked about the amount of children I could invite, and there seemed to be no maximum. I invited many of the parents to stay for appetizers and coffee.
The day of the party I arrived about 25 minutes early to set up. I was held outside for a few minutes while they were setting up. The room for a party was a little smaller than I expected, but definitely had enough room for all the kids invited. The moon-​bounce room was immense. There were 4 different blow ups to choose from including a basketball hoop. There were Wii games set up and video arcades that were all part of the package, no extra cost. We paid extra to have airbrush tattoos, and they came out excellent.
The man running the event was a little serious with the kids to start. They were just excited and he was a little stern as he explained the rules. I have no complaints about the first 90 minutes of the party. The children were entertained, the music was blaring, and there was plenty for them to do. After an hour and 20 minutes the lights came on.
We moved into the cake room were the food and drinks were held. This is where we start to have problems. We had 24 kids and about 20 or more parents. They did not all fit in the party room. There was a hallway outside, but the parties were booked overlapping, so another party was entering another party room next to ours and it started to get very crowded. We served cake and ice cream to many many kids and adults. It was a tight squeeze. I felt bad for the party overlapping with ours, I think this is a poor decision to have another party coming in at the same time one is leaving.
We actually finished a little early and most kids were gone about 20 minutes before the party was officially over. My husband and I started cleaning. We had a lot to pack up and move to the car, we also had 2 overtired kids with us. When I started to clean the room a man came into the room who was working with our party. He told me that I did not need to clean, that cleaning up was part of the package. I stated I wanted to help since it was kind of messy. He insisted that the cleaning was up to them. I cleaned up most of the food and brought home any extra food, but left the party room to be cleaned by the staff.
We came home and my son started opening presents. Then I got THE call. It was the owner of Its2Cool. He started yelling at me on the telephone. He told me how disrespectful I was for leaving the party room in the condition it was in. He mentioned that he had to get the rug cleaned. He stated that he had children of his own and would never leave a room in the condition I left it in. He was very rude and very condescending. I was shocked.
When you have a birthday party with 24 kids and almost as much adults, there will be some cake on the floor, there will be some mess. I have had many parties at my house where I have cleaned up spilled soda, cake, and food from the floor. This is the reality of a party. I was even more upset because I had offered to help and was told that it was not my responsibility. In my opinion a cake room should not have carpet in it.
In the end, this was a great place to have a birthday party, although I would insisted it would be drop off only. I also would not have had more than 15 – 18 kids because of the cake room being so small. If I were to have this party again, I would have made sure there was not a party overlapping with ours. I have serious reservations about the owner of this business and would probably not recommend it to my friends because of the phone call I received.
