Quick and super easy to schedule. Everyone I dealt with was great, both the glass techs and store staff. Best, easiest car repair I’ve ever had to deal with.

My windshield cracked so I called to make an appointment on Friday for Saturday morning. I was initially thrilled that they could see me so soon, since other places didn’t have appointments until Tuesday. The woman I talked to was nice, and I figured I was all set. Boy was I wrong.
Fridays I work until 10pm and didn’t check my voicemail until early Saturday morning. Later Friday while I was at work someone had called to say the technician made a mistake and there actually weren’t any appointments open Saturday.
So I didn’t go to my now cancelled appointment. I get ready for work (still Saturday) and while showering I get a voicemail asking if I’m still coming to my 10am appointment! At this point it’s close to noon. I called them back on my way to work at 12:30 to schedule a second appointment, but they close at noon so I talked to an «after hours» person. She was very nice and she set up an appointment for 10am Tuesday. She also listened to what had happened to my last appointment, apologized, scheduled a new appointment for 10am Tuesday (first appt available) and said she’d put notes in my file about that. Great.
On Monday night I see two voicemails, left about two hours apart in the afternoon, trying to confirm my appointment for Tuesday. It was pretty late so I didn’t bother calling back at the time, assuming they were just being nice & trying to remind me; instead I got up a little earlier (8:15) Tuesday morning to call and assure them that I was indeed coming in for my much anticipated appointment.
When I called Tuesday morning the woman I talked to said that they tried to confirm the appointment twice on Monday and since I was listed as a «no show» from Saturday’s appointment and I didn’t call back on Monday, they didn’t hold the appointment!
I tried to explain what had happened to my last appointment and that the person I talked to had made a new appointment for me for 10am today (Tuesday) back on Saturday and promised she would put some notes in about the situation. She said there were no notes in the file and that there were no technicians available now. All she kept saying was «I see you were a no-​show on Saturday, we’re closed on Sunday, and we tried to confirm with you twice on Monday. We have no technicians available at this time.» No apology, no sympathy, and didn’t do a damn thing to try fix the now totally botched situation.
At the end of the call I picked up on how helpful she wasn’t going to be and just asked when the very next appointment was and took it. I proceeded to call five other shops, none of whom could take me any earlier than three days later. So I stuck with the appointment, out of sheer desperation, and will now whole heartedly discourage anyone from using these boneheads. Steer clear and go somewhere else, even of you have to wait an extra day — at least you’ll really get a reliable appointment.

Everything went perfectly. It was raining so I scheduled an in-​store windshield replacement. They finished early and the work was as promised.

Prompt and easy! Gentleman who came to install new windshield was fast and Very friendly and professional. A+
