Kia of Canton

The most worst customer service in the parts department that I have ever dealt with. They lie and scam the people that feed them. To top it off I order over Two thousand dollars ($ 2000.00) worth of parts and they are charging me a restocking fee for a $ 20 dollar part. I would never deal with this company again.

I can’t comment on the sales experience, because I already own this one car.
But when the windshield wipers on said car stopped working, I popped in to Kia of Canton. This wasn’t planned maintenance or a scheduled repair. This was «it is raining and I can’t get to work safely until someone fixes my wipers.»
And they fixed me up super fast and for what I thought was a very reasonable price.

Great Kia Dealership! They have a lot of cars to choose from and you can never go wrong with a Kia, great gas mileage, great price, and great quality. Jimmy helped me out tremendously and I would recommend him to anyone.

We had some trouble at the last moment of sale and I wrote a bad review about our car’s windshield being damaged during the detailing, with little resolve or communication from the dealership. I’ve since deleted the comment. I take it all back, because our salesman called us explaining that he was out of the office with sick kids. He had us bring up the car, gassed it up and is sending us a gift certificate for a steak dinner to make up for the trouble. The work on the windshield was taken care of on their dime and I am now incredibly impressed with their service and resolve. As frustrated as I was, I am now very satisfied.

Kia of Canton has amazing staff and are very friendly. We went to a couple of dealerships just looking around and after talking to Bruce Genthe (owner) and our salesman Derrick Munson, we went back to buy from Kia of Canton. Derrick, our salesman is a great energetic person who was very patient in helping us pick a vehicle we wanted. My wife wanted another minivan and I really didn’t want another minivan so he was very understanding. So went home that night to discuss what we wanted. Then I went back 4 weeks later to buy the van. We negotiated on a great price for van. Then Brian Woods (finacial business manager) was able to get us a great rate at 6% interest which is unheard of due to the fact I’m self-​employed. My 4 banks all denied me a loan and he was able to obtain a great rate. So I bought the van and drove it home and MY wife did NOT like the COLOR I picked. Brian Woods was able to stop the financial transaction and allowed us to pick another color van. It was amazing they were able to do that for us and my wife is very happy with the color she picked. So I recommend Kia of Canton to anybody looking for great service. To add, Bruce (owner) called me on my birthday, and called to tell me I left my old GPS in the van we traded in 2 weeks later. Again, great service!!!

This past Saturday my husband and I ventured into the Kia of Canton looking at new & used vehicles that would not only accommodate our expanding family but also our budget. From the moment we made contact with our sales associate, Jimmy Haddad, we were treated wonderfully! Jimmy understood what our needs were and was willing to do whatever it took to make us happy when driving off the lot with a new Kia vehicle. We weren’t originally sold on Kia but given our experience, we have found that they were more than competitive with the big 3 in what they could offer to our family.
Bruce Genthre (owner) was also wonderful to work with. He sat down with us and our sales associate to put together the right plan for us and in doing so, we were able to purchase a 2013 Kia Sorento (which we love and fits our lifestyle). Everyone in the dealership was friendly & curteous throughout the entire process and the team even stayed well past closing to make sure we were well taken care of.
Aside from the best personal treatment we have ever received at the dealership, we got the 100,000 mile 10 year warranty on our vehicle in addition to free oil changes and tire rotations over the next 2 years… you can’t beat that! I would highly recommend Kia of Canton to others in the market looking for a new or used vehicle.

Just a tip. Unless you are serious about buying a particular Kia from here I would not even go in. I went just to check it out and test drive when I was debating about my car purchase. I had never driven a Kia and I was curious.
I test drove, was not overly impressed with the ride or the price. I found the sales guy we had to be a bit pushy for my taste but nothing over the top.
So why is my rating so low? They are pests. They called me at my work, on my cell, they emailed. Bug, bug, bug. I asked them not to but yep, they did, despite my asking politely to stop trying to contact me. After I blocked them on my cell and email, they then called my work number, interrupting a critical work meeting because they had told the person who answered it was important. This was three months after I had shopped there!
I then told the guy if he ever called me again at my work I would be at the BBB bitching about them faster than he could say jiminy cricket. I also let him have it on the phone so I am guessing he will not call back.
No means no people. I have no respect for this dealer, at all. Worst we have dealt with, yes even worse than Bill Crispin, shocker!

I was referred by a friend that told me I could get the best deal ever on a used car. I am on a fixed income and was worried about the whole car buying process. I was happy to drive off in a brand new Kia. The staff was very helpful and friendly, not pushy at all. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Love my new ride!

I got my car in February of 2012. Angie was my dealer and she was awesome! The owner was very nice as well. Overall, good experience.
