Marshalls

It’s a small store, not a big selection of clothes or shoes especially for kids. The sales clerks are friendly but don’t always know what they are doing especially when it comes to returns.

This is definitely not the greatest Marshall’s, but it does have some redeeming qualities. I say not the greatest because it is kind of small and I often come in and leave empty handed. This doesn’t normally happen to me at other Marshall’s. It is also a bit more run down than other Marshall’s. My all time favorite Marshall’s is the one on Bolyston Street in Boston. This one does not compare at all. One redeeming factor here is that the customer service is great. I am in the process of organizing my bedroom and bought a bunch of random organizer things here that ended up not working out in the space I had planned for them. I was able to return them (with the receipt, of course) with no hassle at all. The lady was even friendly about it. They also seem to have a good selection of Aerie and American Eagle stuff here (of course, with the labels blacked out). I got a cute American Eagle sweatshirt and some tees here.

I came here in October and was disappointed with the organization and cleanliness of this Marshalls store in the Village Shoppes. The customer service here is awesome though. I came once to return something I bought here without a slip, and they were awesome about the return! Still I like this location, but wish the store was a bit cleaner.

The Canton Marshalls store, definitely one of the better in the direct area.
This is definitely not near the level of the new location in Westwood or the Newton one (an maybe a few other Marshalls), yet the Village Shoppes location is SO much better than some of the other nearby stores and has so many great assets. It is the only «department store» in the Village Shoppes, so it should be large, as it is, and is very spacious compared to some of the other stores. The stock is promising, always, and I always find something great and «extraordinary». They have a large checkout area, and the woman who works at the register closest to the fitting rooms is very friendly and helpful (she is literally working at this specific register, every time I stop by!)
Definitely somewhere to stop if you’re at the Village Shoppes, yet not something to drive far to get to. 4 stars.

Doesn’t deserve even one star first fitting room I’s dirty! Second instead of clanging help should be helping you on the floor management I’s the worst when you need layaway no one comes you wait forever lastly wait way to long checking out

Another one that’s quite at night, and you can still find so cool sh*t.Never a wait to check out.
