I was very pleased with this «diamond in the rough» repair service. Scheduled a next-​day (Saturday) appointment, and was given the diagnosis and estimate over the phone. Mike and Mary arrived at the scheduled time, completed the repair in 20 minutes, and the price was as quoted. Two days later, a totally separate issue required another repair. Mike and Mary returned with the needed part, installed it, and only charged me for the part. No additional service call charge! I highly recommend this company.

I called Mary’s Appliance about a problem with my Kenmore washer. After a few questions and a bit of research, they were able to diagnose what they thought to be the problem over the phone and provide an initial estimate for the repair. They scheduled an appointment with me for later that day. They arrived promptly, confirmed their original assessment, quickly made the repair, left the old parts and reviewed their warranty… all at a great price.
Shortly thereafter, my Kenmore started acting up again. I called Mary’s again, thinking the two issues must be related. They were not, but Mike was able, again, to diagnose the problem over the phone. But more importantly, he gave us the information we needed to fix the second problem ourselves!
Awesome team! I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Awesome! When we called them to repair our washer, Mary listened then suggested something to try. It worked!!! So we have a squeaky dryer and over the phone she asked a few questions and knew what the problem would be. So we set up an appointment and they came out and replaced a part and very reasonable on the charge for the repair. Very nice people and we will definitely call them if we need service again and tell family and friends!!!

Excellent customer service. I called on Friday and they scheduled a service
call the next day. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and repaired
the washer quickly. They explained what the problem was, left the old part, and
reviewed their warranty service. Reasonable price also.

Fair price and good customer service. I talked with Mike about the issue with my washer and he offered a few cost saving suggestions of what could be causing the leak. Those suggestions were ones I could have fixed myself and saved money. He didn’t have to but offered. Unfortunately I did need Mike and Mary’s help. They came the next day and diagnosed the problem and explained it to me clearly, while offering recommendations. They accept credit cards or cash.

I called Mary’s Appliance Service on a Saturday and She and her Husband, Mike, came out that same day and performed a $ 129 flat rate repair on an old gas dryer that was not heating up. They were professional, competent and friendly in their manner. I would not hesitate to call them in the future for any appliance repair and I highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair. 5 stars and I’ll definitely be back, if required…
