Used to be decent always kinda been hit & miss but the last month it’s been terrible all of there decent employees quit they will not answer the phone for a call in order they have messed up every order I’ve made in the last month & unfortunately where I work we eat here at least 2 – 3 times a week I have finally given up on this place & half of the time there employees are standing around playing & can’t even find what a person orders on the screen they just tell you they don’t have that when its on the menu & I think I’ve orders a Cesar salad enough times to know that they do have it

I don’t go to McAlister’s very often but the one’s I’ve gone to have always been pretty good. Decided to stop at this one and sandwich was very dry.
