incredibly dissatisfied and upset about the «service» or lack there of at Micro Dimensions computer repair in Canton. I was so upset about the lack of service, I informed them I would be picking up my computer and taking it else where to be fixed. I was then told I would be charged an $ 85 fee for them taking my computer apart and NOT fixing it. When I went to get my computer, he refused to take my credit card, which right in their lobby advertises that they take credit cards. He told me he would only take cash. I refused. He blackballed me to fix my computer the next week, refusing payment he advertises to take and refusing to give me back my computer so I could have it serviced elsewhere.
