I will never return to this store again. In used to purchase all of my Doc Martens through them (I have multiple pairs) to support the local businesses, but I will now take my business else where. They use extremely shady business practices and have some clueless staff members. They ordered boots for me in the wrong size and even after me proving exactly how I read my sizing order (I have always been a 6 in Doc Martens, I even took off the pair I was wearing that said 6 on the bottom of it) they still proceeded to tell me I was wrong. By this point in time the boots I wanted were sold out, but they then refused a refund, and would only give me store credit, despite it clearly being their mistake. I told them I’d think about it and come back. I left the boots there (having not received any store credit or refund yet), after returning with the decision of just selling them myself, I saw my boots (still owned by me) on the sales floor being considered by other patrons. I could not believe they would consider selling anything that is still technically owned by someone else. Not only is it doubling a profit, but it’s also theft. After the rude manager yelled at me for 30 minutes, I finally got a full refund. She didn’t seem to understand that her principles and business ethics were so backwards. I will NEVER return to a business that doesn’t help or support their costumes. I suggest you do the same.
