Made appointment to get cat shaved. Explained she would be hard to handle ad I would sedate her prior. Also requested early am appt o avoid interaction with dogs. Was told no problem. I show up at 8 am with sedated cat and was old cat groomer cancelled the night before but I was never called!
I explained how disappointed I was and I sedated my cat or no reason. I never received follow up call apologizing
