I would give this place no stars if I could. The service here is atrocious. The management doesn’t know what they’re doing. It’d be best to just close down this establishment.

Ok… they were very late so I offered the driver $ 20.00 on a $ 30.00 ticket. He declined and said he needed to get the full price. He then walked over to some kids and try to sell it… they could raise the funds so he just gave it to them… lu wat? I called the store to complain… and they made a special trip back over and delivered the same order for free.
Pizza was greasy but the customer service was great… they even stayed friendly when I was being fussy. 5 stars.

Called ahead, showed up to pick up my order 30 minutes later. Manager was dismissive when I told her my name and my order, said they were really busy and it probably wasn’t up yet. Stood in lobby for 20 more minutes, finally asked about it again. Turns out it had been ready and in the hot box the whole time. Furious. Wont be back.

I know that the building is older but come on folks. you can clean every now and then. The place is filthy. sticky tables, unidentifiable dried stuff on the salad bar. Greasy floors. Yuck. Oh. and just like Mr. K’s review they screwed up the order.
