So glad I walked into this locally owned pool supply and servicing business. Every time I have dealt with Jason or Austin (the owners), I have felt like they aren’t trying to sell me products I don’t need for my pool. They are honest in giving advice for how to care for my pool while not spending extra money.
When we have had equipment failures, they have been so quick to send someone out (or one of themselves has personally come out) to see what isn’t working and what the best options are for repair or replacement.
Sooo much better in customer service and guidance than the national chain locations I previously went to. These guys know pools inside and out. They’re not just teenagers hired at minimum wage without hands-​on experience.
