I have only visit this establishment twice now, but let me tell I cannot wait till my next trip back. I tried one of their seafood special and it was honestly the best I have had around here. It was some sort of sea bass dish, and even my gf(who is very picky when it comes to seafood) loved it.

So please see my previous reviews. this review is based soley on service as the food and bartenders are always top notch. the last 3 times we have eaten dinner here we get the same waitress her name is marina and she is terrible and cant beleive chops keeps her employed. She will always try to promote the most expensive items which is good for business but when you have already decided what you wanted before walking in because you know the menu it gets a bit ridiculous. if you want a beer or drink you will be better off going to the bar yourself because Marina will not be visible much. We actually finished our dinner and went to sit at the bar after waiting 30 minutes for Marina to return. after sitting at the bar for an additional hour she finally brought our bill. Never once did she come back to see how the food was or if we needed anything… so when i leave you a 4% tip and you wine about it to another co-worker, perhaps you should ask the customer what you did to deserve what you received and take actions to improve your performance for future customers. The bartender could not believe how long she took to bring our bill either. Maybe Marina thinks she just automatically deserves a tip for showing up. not from me. and i cannot beleive there havent been any other complaints from customers about her. Unfortunately, we will be hesitant to eat here because of her. but i will still be there regularly to have cocktails and get an app at the bar.

One o of my favorite restaurants in the area. Great seafood and specials. When the ribs are on special, GETTHEM. Amazing! The sea food pasta dish on the menu is loaded with shrimp, muscles, and scallops in a great creamy garlic lemon sauce. The veal is amazing as well. The shrimp pasta Diablo is amazing also. When me and my wife are choosing to go out to eat we seem to pick this place every time because we are never disappointed.

Going to make this a simple review. This place is near the end of an interesting looking plaza, but once you get inside you’ll be glad you came. Wait stuff was super friendly, place had a divey feel(which l like), and the FOOD. The food was the best part and l guess a ‘surprise’ even though l search out bars like this with great food all the time. Seemed to have a different menu/specials everyday, and nothing disappointed. The cocktails coming from the bar also looked great although l did not drink anything because the weather was a bit treacherous. Go to Prestier’s!

After a year of frequenting Prestier’s, I figured it was time for an updated review. Prestier’s continues to be one of my favorite places in the area for numerous reasons. The food is great — and the chef is not afraid to try different options for specials each day. Which, in my opinion, is the best part about the food here. Most of the specials are $ 19-$ 26 which is more than the prices on the menu but completely worth it. They always feature a scallop dish — which is among the best things they do here. But the specials are generally composed of seafood, steak or chop dishes. The regular menu is pasta and bar food for the most part — but don’t let that fool you… there are some dynamite options littered all over the menu. The sandwiches are the best value in the area especially the steak sandwich, the ruben and the meatball sub as those are my top 3 choices. The steak sandwich is an actual cooked to order steak thats about 8oz in size. For $ 8.99 you can’t do much better anywhere. All of their pasta dishes are quality and nicely portioned. Prestier’s definitely has a divey feel, but very friendly and comfortable environment. I love to come here to watch the game. If you are looking for good drinks and good prices look no further — they have it all. The only thing I can say that i don’t care for here is the service I get at tables. I would say 95% of the time I sit at the bar and get phenomenal service there. But if I ever go sit at a table for any reason its a 50⁄50 shot if I get decent service. So, pull up a chair at the bar, order a cocktail and sample some of the quality food here. It will change your already conceived opinion about this place when you walk in.

Originally from Chicago, now living in the SoCal Desert, we went to this Pub with my in-laws, who go every Tuesday night. We don’t have excellent neighborhood establishments like this in the Desert. Not only is the food varied and terrific, the wait staff, owner, and bartenders are very friendly. Enjoyable experience all around! Treat yourself!

This place is a diamond in the rough. The outside does not do it justice at all. The food is some of the best I’ve had. The calamari with chili garlic sauce is to die for. I also got the scallops and risotto which I think is a special. It was cooked perfectly and the risotto was so good I had to hold myself back from eating the whole thing, which was huge. I can confidently say those were the best scallops I’ve ever had. My husband had the fettuccini alfrado, which of course had homemade noodles and a sauce that I could never duplicate. My next dish will be the gnocchi and meatballs and I can’t wait to try them. The drinks were top notch as well, definitely not skimping on the alcohol! This was such a memorable meal from a place that you don’t expect much from. It would be dangerous if I lived closer, but even though I am far away I can promise you I will be back. You are cheating yourself if you don’t try it.

I’ve had a number of food experiences at Prestier. I love seafood, so noticing a few seafood items on their menu, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, they were out of all seafood except their broiled catfish dinner. Catfish is not my favorite seafood choice, but I wanted seafood, so I gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The fish wasn’t fishy tasting and it was nicely seasoned to perfection. It was the best catfish that I’ve ever had. On the side I had asparagus speeds and a baked potato. It was a perfect combination for my meal. Like others have mentioned, this is a Pub and not necessarily the place that you would expect to have steak or seafood wins. So far, this is a win!

My husband and I decided to try Presier’s after seeing their Calamari wrote up in the About Magazine. My husband was leery because he didn’t think it would be any good. Boy was he ever wrong! Every time we have gone there, the food is excellent. The chef is a true master. The only thing I would change is to have the night part-time bartender watch his language. I am not a prude, but not so much into him saying the f word while trying to enjoy dinner. Other than that, the food and waiters are friendly and helpful. The scallops, especially are out of this world. They make their own bread, and its delicious., also don’t miss the meatballs! The food is presented beautifully too. I am hoping to go there tonight and celebrate my birthday!

I read the review by Paul D and decided to try it out. Upon walking in the bar and restaurant do not reveal the treasure that this place is. We sat at the bar and ordered some drinks. I ordered the special. Although the food took a little while to show up it was incredibly delicious. My favorite is that it came with asparagus. That was a nice touch. I get tired of the same old sides. This is definitely the best kept secret in Canton and I will be going back as often as I can!

Awesome food, definately a place to not miss. BUT, VERY slow service, and don’t even think about going there on your lunch break(unless you get 2 hours for lunch). Seriously, the ONLY problem with the place! Lack of wait staff, and VERYVERY slow.

Food was spectacular! We ordered two specials – NZ lamb and Alaskan scallops – the presentation was beautiful and everything was cooked perfectly. This is definitely a bar, noisy and informal as can be, and in as unfashionable location as you could find, but we will be back for sure. The service is professional, warm, friendly, attentive… in a word, terrific. Highly recommended!

Has to be one of Canton’s best kept secrets. The night we were there there was only one other couple for dinner. My father-in-law introduced to the place and Robby the chef. My wife had the pan seared black grouper served with an Ohio sweet corn relish and side of pasta. I had an Argentinian rub strip steak with a chimichurri sauce and a side of grilled asparagus. Just like Jen, my wife and I are lucky to travel the world and experience some great food. This was right up there with our most memorable meals. Waitresses and bar tender were very friendly, which is always a plus. If you live in the area and don’t have dinner there you are crazy.

Solid food, same ‘ol same ‘ol in terms of drinks. The crowd at night is usually okay, although the owners son is a douche and tries to fight people, regular tough guy. The owner himself is a great guy and a huge Notre Dame fan which I guess is cool.

We went into Prestier Pub on 2⁄7. Let me tell you – their chef does an AMAZING job with seafood. I had blackened cod and my stepmom had escolar. She said it was by far the best piece of seafood she has ever had… and she has traveled the world.
