The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered — in a 30 second conversation. I was calling to inquire about a position they had posted. I called several times but no one answered. I was very interested in the job and wanted to find out some more information before I applied. The woman who I eventually got in touch with is Janna Howard and she was so rude and obnoxious that no matter how interested I am in the job, I will not pursue it because I refuse to deal with her. Horrible experience — 1 star was too many!
