Worst doctor ever! Do not waste you time going here, the nurses are rude and don’t care about your health. All they care about is leaving for lunch and stuffing their fat faces. How do you tell someone in massive pain that the Doctor is busy and can see you next Thursday? Do not go here!

God forbid you should put healthcare in their hands here. One Nurse Practitioner(Rebecca) had to admit she was wrong when I continually questioned her and she subsequently looked it up.(Isn’t SHE supposed to know simple first aid) and her friend, the other Nurse Practitioner, wouldn’t even come in(after I asked to see a doctor) and«told Rebecca» to tell me she backs up what Rebecca has told me. The tattooed up «ofc mgr» Pamela I think her name is came in and just repeated what the ignorant Nurse Practitioner said and didn’t listen at all. Completely uncaring, unfriendly and didn’t know basic healthcare. I came in this early summer with what should have been a common, basic first aid, easy visit. I was stung by a wasp and the area swelled really large, got red, very hot, and painful. Whole calf. Seemed liked cellulitis(a bacterial infection). Rebecca said we will have to scrape for a stinger. Wasps don’t leave stingers, bees do. She argued with me then left the room and came back and had to admit she was wrong. Then she continued poor care with telling me it’s not infected(obviously it was or I was having a very severe allergic reaction.) She only wanted to give me a steroid and said if I want anything else pay another copay and just go to a Allergy clinic. Ridiculous. Cvs urgent care is much more caring and knowledgeable. Or the Northside Urgent Care in the building at sixes road and 575. *UPDATE* I went to the Northside Urgent care up the street from this place right after this inept experience and the DOCTOR there said they should have given me a tetanus shot and I needed very strong antibiotics for this serious INFECTION.,(which Shefa wouldn’t give me antibiotics.) I needed very strong antibiotics, steroids, a tetanus shot and the doctor suggested I carry an epipen in case I have a severe reaction in the future. This obvious bacterial infection could have quickly gotten extremely worse and into my blood stream putting me in the HOSPITAL if I would have listened to those uncaring people at Shefa. AND I would have missed out on the window of opportunity to get the tetanus shot. Thank GOD I did not listen to those people at Shefa!
