This Home Depot is well stocked. The employees could be more helpful. They are often difficult to find and a few times they’ve been unable to help me. I know this isn’t an Ace but I do expect a certain level of basic knowledge from the staff. It’s convenient to me so it will remain my Home Depot. It does have a tool rental section the Sixes location does not.

One of the things I like about Home Depot is their return policy. Often I am not exactly sure if I am buying the right part, or if I should buuy the one in the next bin instead. In that case, I’ll just get both of them and on my next trip, return the one that didn’t work. If I’ve lost my receipt, they’ll give me a HD gift card for the amount of the return, no argument.

Although they unfortunately didn’t have the item I was looking for, when I looked like I was having trouble finding what I was looking for, someone came over to me and asked if there was something they could help me with. When I explained what I was looking for, the associate took me to where what I was looking for could be found. To add to that, when I was looking for something he didn’t know if they had, he called someone over from in the department to see if they could help as well. Within three minutes, that person had come by and joined us. As I mentioned above, they didn’t have what I was looking for, but they did everything they could to assist. I will definitely be back here to get things for the house.
