I came in not knowing where to start. I’m not really a do it yourselfer. I’m renting right now, but I’m trying to do things myself because I plan to buy the place. So I needed a few things that I had no idea where to find. Everyone there, from the greeter at the door to the person at checkout was super helpful. The most helpful by far was Heather. I approached her completely lost, and she guided me through. She knew the answer to every question I asked. She had a smile on her face the whole way through. Like I said, I told her I have no clue… so she told me if I ever need any help to come find her. now that is customer service at its absolute finest. Thank you Heather and thank you Home Depot. I will definitely be back:-)

Five stars just for the sheer fact that all the aisles are labeled and they always have an employee willing and waiting to help. It’s always with a smile too. I’ve been to this location about six times here recently and they have yet to fail me. They give me recommendations and when or if it didn’t work for me, they return it with no problem. I used to be afraid of Home Depot or just thought it was a «man’s store» but I was wrong!!!

Home Depot is always better than other chain hardware stores. Their customer service is some of the best, they are always asking if you need help and actually helping you find what you need; unlike others where you have to ask for help and the employees act like you are actually interrupting them when they are just standing around.
HD has a huge selection of tools, hardware, gardening supplies, plumbing supplies, etc. And if you get the wrong thing, don’t worry they don’t hassle you if you bring it back.

Well, I’m giving them 5 Stars because as soon as I walked in the gentleman asked me if he could help me. I knew I’d need some help because I felt the item I was looking for would take forever to find on my own.
I was looking for a rubber grippy thing to put on the end of my father’s walking stick so it wouldn’t slide out from under him on wooden floors. Without hesitation he told me the left side at the end of aisle 13. Well, colour me impressed because that’s exactly where I found it! My possibly endless trip lasted 2 minutes! Thank you!

This is our regular Home Depot and the staff is great. They speak to us like we’re old friends and last week we had an issue and Mike Elliot handled it like a true pro. He was professional and made us feel like our business mattered.

I bought a fixer upper last year and have been here 2 – 6 times a week. The parking lot is easy to maneuver through and don’t share with other businesses. There’s plenty of contractor parking spots but usefully full in the mornings. I only wish that they had a rental department. The staff here are extremely friendly. Most of them fairly knowledgable in their departments. Their clearance items are great deals and they are well stocked. Here’s a bonus. I recently adopted two dogs and they are allowed to roam freely. On a leash, of course. They even have doggie treats at the main entrance.
