My husband and I went to The Rail together and OHMYGOSH it was amazing! We loved the atmosphere, seeing our county up on the cow made it feel like home, but the upscale/modern décor took it up a notch. The burgers are awesome, and the truffle fries are to die for! We also felt that it was a great value, we didn’t pay any more than we would have at Applebee’s but the food and the environment was exponentially better. The wait staff was so polite and upbeat, and even though there was a wait, We sat at the bar and were seated in a booth quickly. My husband had the Weekday special with skinny fries and I had the Crouching Burger(Hidden Bacon) and truffle fries. Everything was so good!

The burgers were delicious, but the meals were not a good value for the price. My wife got«The Rail» for around $ 8 and still had to pay another $ 2.50 for fries. Our opinion is that Three Brothers offers just as tasty burgers for a better overall meal value.

I’ll give this place 4 stars for the happy hour menu, the service and the burger. Taking away 1 star because the fries suck… And honestly, what’s a real burger meal without hot, crispy fries. Just a burger, not a meal. Anyways, happy hour is nice and they have daily drink specials at 3 dollars a drink. That’s until 9pm so that’s great. I’d go back for HH and a burger but I’m not rushing to get back.

Hands down the absolute best burger I have ever tasted in all of my twenty-nine years. Literally, mouthwatering, fall-apart in your mouth delicousness, and the highest quality meat. You can definitely taste the difference. The unique variety of burgers, sides, and drinks are also a big plus. Be aware that this is not your typical burger joint, so it is a little on the pricier side, and anything extra(fries, etc) is served a la carte, but I assure you that as soon as I tasted the burger I had no problem paying $ 11 for it. Keep up the great work! We’ll definitely be back.

Awesome concept – all locally sourced food and drink – especially unusual for a burger bar. I had the Mojo burger which was amazing and truffle fries to accompany. Very very tasty. Would’ve been 5 stars if the fries weren’t bordering on room temp. Friendly service and Great local beer tap selection, too. Will definitely come back when I’m in the area!

Unfortunate! For a place that pride themselves on their burgers, you have to get the burger right the first time.

My favorite burger joint was red robin until I went to the rail. Everything is amazing and the service is great!

The food was good, not excellent. I thought it was rather pricey and a little overrated

Straight to the point for all meat lovers … Hamburgers and truffle fries. Staff is always friendly and attentive to anything we need. Great place to come grab a quick bite, or bring the kids for dinner.

The Rail is a nice burger spot with a stylish atmosphere. I had the recommended Crouching Burger, Hidden Bacon(medium well) which was pretty tasty and a lot of burger & the Truffle Fries… by the end of it my jaw literally was tired, mostly because it was cooked a little more well done than medium well. Even so the burger was GOOD and the fries were a good break from the ordinary. My quick vent would be about the A La Cart menu, if you’re paying this much for a burger have the spuds included and up charge for the extras. All in all, tasty unique burger and fries in a slick atmosphere with knowledgeable & friendly service.

This place was pretty good. It is located next to the mall in Canton. Lee got two burgers and both burgers were cooked fine but everything was just like warm. The burger was warm. The bun didn’t seem fresh. We got regular fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. All these items were luke warm and soggy. The honey mustard is pretty bomb. Get their sloppy joe sliders! Those were BOMB dot com. The tots were really good too!

The best burger I have ever had! And then you add truffle fries! Cannot wait to try the milkshakes. Also a great local craft beer selection! We will be back.

I had a great experience here but a few things could have been better. The atmosphere is casual and a good spot for lunch or dinner with friends or family. I started off with their marshmallow milkshake which is to die for! The wait time on the food was a little long and I was disappointed when my order came out incorrectly and was missing bacon. It took several minutes to get the attention of our waitress so she could correct the issue but she was very apologetic and fixed it right away. The food was very delicious and had great seasoning. It was not one of the best I’ve had but it was definitely up there. I thought the price was a little steep for the amount of food that you got but I will definitely be returning to this restaurant soon!

Unlike previous trips which have been great, but expensive, today’s trip was bad and expensive. I bought lunch for two friends. Our burgers were all way overdone. Mine was burnt. I told the waitress and she said ‘thanks for letting me know’, but then did nothing about it. She didn’t give me the right check. I paid what i thought was my bill and left. On the way out I saw some friends by the mall and I stopped to talk to them. She came running out, because she gave me the wrong check. I followed her back to inside and she said we had to ask the manager what to do. I then told him about our burnt food and he said nothing and just looked away. I’m fine with paying high prices for good food. But when I’m dropping 10 or 11 dollars for a hamburger it should at least be palatable. VERY disappointed. I know that no place is perfect and that people make mistakes, but when you try to communicate your dissatisfaction and they do nothing about it it makes me think that they don’t care.

The Rail is gonna give Smoke the Burger Joint a real run for its money. And Red Robin. And Five Guys. And any other burger place in Canton. Basically what I’m saying is this place is Good. Good burgers, and good fries. And a good atmosphere and cool décor unlike the stark environment of most burger places. E.g. there are massive meat hooks dangling above the bar. Unfortunately no upside down cow included. I got the 7th heaven and truffle fries. The 7th heaven was a burger with bacon(Ohio thick cut bacon), truffle butter, and red onion jam(surely grown on some Ohio truffle and onion farm). It was a good burger, and the truffle fries– with more truffle butter and Parmesan cheese or something– were good fries. Exceptionally good in fact. My only complaint was the expense. The burger was 11.50 and the fries were 6.75 which brings it to almost 20 bucks for a burger and fries. I guess truffles are kinda expensive, huh? Maybe keep that in mind next time.

The Rail has to be my favorite burger place! I eat at both the Fairlawn and Canton locations often. My absolute favorite — hard to stray from its that good — is the Local Yokel. Today I tried Mr Mariola– very good but no Local Yokel. The pesto was very good tho! My absolute 100% I can not leave 1 behind place to order Truffle Fries! Amazing and delicious! You have to try!

When we were planning our weekend in Ohio we knew that we wanted to treat Mom & Dad to dinner. I am so glad that my brother, husband, & I research ahead of time, otherwise we would have ended up at one Dad’s old standby’s, & missed this gem for our Saturday night. The entire crew at this restaurant were top notch: from the host stand, to the bartenders helping us get through our 55 minute wait for a table, to our waitress(Anna) tolerating Dad’s grumpiness, they were ALL spectacular! We had numerous Ohio draft beers, mixed drinks(GET a White Russian, Mom was in love as it’s actually made with ice cream!) appetizer’s(BBQ Flatbread), burgers, and then multiple slices of Key Lime pie. Each item was unique and quite well executed. In fact, I actually had my leftover burger for breakfast the next day, it was that craveable! Great job everyone! Keep up the great work!(And YES, we will be back!)

After consulting Unilocal, stopped at the RAIL to get what was reputed to be one of the best burgers south of Cleveland… one exclusively made of Ohio-grown beef. Yes, I was bummed to find that the RAIL was one of a chain of three restaurants sprinkled in in the Cleveland burbs of northern Ohio. Nevertheless, the eats were«right there». Despite an impressive menu of specialty burgers on their menu, I opted for the mainstay RAIL burger but dressed it up with sautéed onions, a few leaves of fresh iceburg and ample ketchup. The beef was lean and cooked to perfection. Service was also attentive despite the busy weekday lunch crowd. Overall a 4-star experience and one worthy of another visit.
