While visiting from out of town, I had a package to ship that had a pre-​paid postage label. This UPS Store shipped my package for no charge, and my only cost was having a document copied. The UPS Store employee was friendly and helpful, even taping the pre-​paid postage label onto the package I needed to ship. A great location, being in the plaza that includes a Publix. This makes this location a real convenience for this neighborhood.

If a business is closed on a Saturday during the Holiday season when people need to ship packages they do not need my business or yours. Oh, they were open until 2pm but that’s barely enough time to gift shop. Time to take my business elsewhere. I have done LOTS of business with this establishment but not anymore. It is clear they do not need my money.
