He seemed nice and the price fair enough, but when a complication in the job came up he never came back and wouldn’t return calls. We had someone come out to help him fix the complication and were left looking stupid when he never came at the agreed time or even called. We would have paid extra for the extra labor but he never asked and we never got the chance to offer.
