Unique Refinishers

If anyone ever needs to get their bath tub reglazed, DO NOT go with Unique Refinishers. They did it a couple weeks after we moved into our house in April and it’s already peeling. On top of that, when they did it, they screwed up and didn’t put the slip resistant finish down (the guy claimed he did). The other guy who came out to fix it said he probably got lazy and didn’t do it because of some earlier complications. Trying to get them to fix it was like pulling teeth, they were rude about coming out and said they’d be at our house between 11 and 2. 6pm comes around and they still hadn’t shown up, but said they were still coming. We ended up having to reschedule after wasting a day being stuck at home. Lastly, they only allow you to use their cleaner, otherwise, your warranty is voided. However, they only get very small shipments of it every few months. They were out of it until a couple weeks ago, so we literally had to clean our tub with body wash for the last few months.
DON’T USE UNIQUE REFINISHERS!!!
