P I Nails

I am not one to give negative reviews ever. I usually just keep it to myself and try to review places that I enjoy going to. I was just here a few hours ago, when an elderly women walked in complaining about her last visit. I felt so bad about the way she was treated by the man I believe is the owner. He refused service and said «you always give me problems» No I wont work on your nails. So then the other male worker stepped in and offered to help the poor old women. The women even told the rude Man what happened to you. You used to always be so nice now you are so RUDE. The guy just ignored her and acted so careless and walked away. When it was time to pay her total was $ 3 because all she wanted was her nails filed and the guy that helped her out said in a bad tone «three dollars»
I got a full set and pedi that turned ok. Overall their customer service is awful.

Helen is my go-​to girl. She knows I have a busy schedule and always manages to squeeze me in and out of the salon in minimal time and with beautiful nails!

Would not recommend. The woman cut me and was very rough. I would flinch and she continued to hurt me. The refill has not even lasted a week. The male next to her pulled a tool out of his draw to scratch off a lottery ticket and then placed the dirty tool back in his draw. This place was a joke.

I’ve been coming in here for years and can honestly tell you that I love them! I love how they do my nails! Helen and Lindy are the best at doing nails and designs while Nancy is the the best pedicurist! I love how kind they are, how much they pay attention to everyone that goes in! I’m gonna miss them when I move to Vegas!

P. I Nails is the best place to go to! Been coming here for about 5 years and time flys when you have the best people to get your nails done by. More like family. This place makes you feel welcomed and the owners Kevin & Lindy are the sweetest more kindest people and very funny. Helen does my nails and does an amazing job! Come swing by and check them out yourself. They take walk ins BUT I recommend call so you can just walk in and relax, it’s better then wait awhile because they get very busy. Love them and love coming here. They’re the best in SCV.
