Blair S Kranson, MD

I have been going to Dr. Kranson for several years now. The staff always makes me feel welcomed. I have been to a couple of different doctors and Dr; Kranson was the best. He is very reasonable priced as well. My insurance does not cover yet. So price was a major factor.
In all I have sent three friends over as new patients of his and they feel the same way I do.

I began taking my daughter to see Dr. Kranson a few months ago. He seems very nice and helpful, although we never did see our desired results. I decided to change doctors, however, not out of lack of faith in Dr. Kranson but due to the rude service in his Canyon Country office. The office is run by a two person team, one male and one female. Both were unprofessional and rude although the woman was particularly nasty. I actually overheard her making jokes about clients and she constantly acted as if she was doing me a favor when she was required to do her job and schedule an appointment. I work in a similar position and understand work frustrations as well as the difficulty of customer service but there can never be an excuse for that behavior. I would be happy to give Dr. Kranson another chance as he seems friendly and knowledgeable, but not as long as his office staff is berating and isolated his clients.
