Domino’s Pizza

I am so disappointed! We have been customers of this location for some time but are reconsidering after our last experience. On ⁵⁄₂₂ I placed an order online and the tracker said that the food would be delivered in 35 minutes. After waiting well over an hour, the delivery arrived — very cold. The driver suggest that we call Ryan, the acting manager. He offered tons of excuses for why it was late and cold but never an apology. He finally, reluctantly, offered to give us a credit toward our next order. He said he would enter it online onto our account. Tonight when I went online to order, I found no credit in our account. I called and talked to Ryan and he said he has no recollection of ever speaking to me nor to offering us a credit. It’s bad enough to receive sub-​par food but I draw the line at being lied to. I believe I am finished with Domino’s.

I read all the Unilocal reviews and this place got marginal results but thought I’d give it a try anyways. Big mistake ! The online tracker said the pizza was being delivered at 9:19 when it left the store by Jorge. 50 minutes later I called the store to find out what happened and they said they would look into it. Shortly after the pizza arrived. That is an hour and 10 minutes when my home in less than 10 min away.
When I asked the driver about what happened, he said the pizza place really does not use the tracker and when he picked up the pizza to be delivered 40 minutes after the tracker said it had left the store to be delivered. It was still warm and very tasty but I despise them luring my business in this way. Call any other pizza place and believe the Unilocal reviews. They never offered me a discount or anything.

Update: thank you to the manager, Manal, he was awesome! Thank you for the pizza this week. Awesome and fast!
Previous review: Strike one last week– ordered one pizza online at 6:50 and it said it would take 15 minutes. Was 7:43 when the order was ready.
Strike two today– ordered at 6:34 and it is now 7:24 with no pizza. Once again 15 – 20 wait time was quoted. Restaurant was very busy and short staffed. Cmon, you’re letting me down! Guess we’ll be doing something different for our «pizza night» next week.

Horrible! I won’t be ordering from this Pizza place ever again. I live 3 min away and it took the delivery girl 55min. To make it to my house. And she said she got stuck in someone drive way. Pizza was cold and soggy super gross. Can’t believe I payed for the pizzas. I called the store and the guy said to me if she not there in 5 min call us back and how she left along time ago and she should of been there by now. 15 min later she shows up??? I didn’t even want to fight so I didn’t even call back. Who ever owns that dominos should no their employees aren’t doing a good job keeping people coming back to this location. I don’t need anything for free but dang that pizza was terrible.

We order from this location pretty frequently but will probably try the Sun City location from now on as we’re within delivery radius of both. We always get pan pizza and typically, it’s good but the last few times we ordered it’s been soggy and this time, it was just inedible. I did not get extra sauce or cheese, just three toppings, the same ones I’ve always ordered, so I wouldn’t chalk it up to weighing the pizza down. We did call and they apologized and offered to replace it or credit our account. We were also told that the pizza goes through a conveyer style oven so it’s the same every time and choosing the «well-​done» option comes out a little better and «no other customers have complained» and «they must be used to it» after we mentioned that this wasn’t a problem before the last few times. The best part about pan pizza is the crisp thick crust and the fried bottom and this was anything but. We chose the new pizza option because we were hungry but they couldn’t deliver another for an hour which I find bizarre because if we just flat out placed another order, it probably wouldn’t have taken near that long. The replacement pizza wasn’t soggy but the edges were really burnt, so once again, pretty inedible. We also ordered a second hand-​tossed pizza with extra white sauce (which we did not ask for a replacement for). It was pretty good except that I would not have been able to tell the difference between regular sauce and extra.

I wanted to give a shout out to these guys… They were crazy busy, I was exhausted and a customer messed up my order… I know it was a mess! Anyway, they went out of their way to make it right even though it was Not their fault! Thank you Dominos and Merry Christmas!

We live about 3 minutes from this location it took an ¹¹⁄₂ to get our pizza and it was cold! Horrible last time I will order from this location!

I order pizza from this location quite a bit. I live in a new community and the first few times, they would have to call at least once to find my house. I had them add exact directions about 4 deliveries in and since then, have not had an issue with directions. Thank goodness!
Pizza is always hot and delicious! They don’t offer red peppers or Parmesan cheese but I always have it on hand anyhow, so biggie.
Great drivers — always pleasant and appreciative. And they are usually faster than the allotted time told when ordering. HUGE plus!!!

Good place if there is nothing to eat in your fridge. But on a good note, its cheap! I put down two sausage and onion pizzas and was real sorry the next morning

This has to be the CLEANEST Dominos I’ve ever stepped in! David usually takes my order and he’s always in an upbeat mood, which I appreciate after a long day at work. The pizza is just right — delicious crust and just the right amount of ingredients to top it off.

I’ve ordered here twice. Both times the delivery was on time and drivers were friendly. The cheesy bread is delicious

I have been to this location many times. Last time I ordered the cheese pizza and cheesy bread. Wow! Incredibly amazing. Costumor service is amazing. I will always order from there.

This location makes great pizza, but their customer service is terrible. More often than not, our orders are delivered late and the order is messed up. When you call to speak to the staff they are rude. They will often put you on hold, only to have someone else pick up and you have to explain yourself all over again. I’ve been hung up on several times as well.

I had dominos pizza today for dinner. The pizza had too much cheese, too much sauce. Again, dominos hasn’t changed their menu. Taste –wise, the pizza was ok. I wish they did not load the pizza with too much cheese and sauce.

I stopped going to this place. The manager is always playing in the parking lot with employees using profanity. Not my cup of tea. There is an older guy who is great. Some of their delivery drivers are complete jerks. They drive like fools and have an attitude. I won’t even order delivery from these guys they seriously stink!
I’ll order from Papa Johns before I ever go back to ordering from Dominos. This place has given me a bad taste in my mouth for every other Dominos Pizza.

I’ve always had good expierences here. I had a really kind older delivery guy bring me my pizza last week. He rang the door several times because I couldn’t hear it over my dogs playing.
They are always helpful with the menu and giving out specials. I’ve even been able to place orders for online specials over the phone when I was having trouble with the website.

The owner of this location is TOO cheap to carry pepper and cheese packets! I ordered for delivery last week and was told they don’t carry cheese/​pepper packets anymore…
Looks like I won’t be spending my money here again!

This place is pretty good. All of the staff I’ve ever talked to has been very nice. even when I’m hungry and grumpy they are still nice, kudos for that. And the delivery people are always nice to see ;)

Recommend the hand made pan pizza for sure!

My order got screwed up one time (we didn’t get everything we ordered/​asked for, but we did end up with some free desert, which belonged to someone else). The guy behind the counter was super nice, they were busy that night. I liked the pizza. Will definitely try it again.

This place is rude! The staff are assholes and my bf got food poisoning here just yesterday!!!
