I really wanted to like this place for a few reasons but mainly for the convenience. We’ve tried their sausage kolache with pepperjack cheese, boudin kolache, and the cherry kolache. The bread for the kolache is so dry it makes the rest of it seem wholly unappetizing. The same bread is used for the fruit kolaches, which by the way I couldn’t even finish. These may be good when they first come out of the oven, but the two times I’ve been there they have not been straight out of the oven. Save yourself the trouble and drive to Sattler.
