Stopped by wanting to try some e-​juice flavors, but the person assisting us was being overly assisting without knowing much about the products she sells, so she tried to have answers with long pauses and I wasn’t getting to try products after I had already mentioned that’s what I wanted to do. As a tip to the owners, most Vaping folks have been to several Vape shops and just come in wanting to try things asking for help when/​if they find something. If you take the trying-​out opportunity away, then you lose opportunity of a sale. I was only able to try two flavors and for the several pauses in convo I’m willing to bet I can tell her more about her products than she could. If y’all step up service in the e-​juice department, then that could be the sole money maker for your business. Don’t miss out on that kind of opportunity for the simple mistake of not knowing how to sell the most important things you have there. All I wanted to do was just come in, try, and buy, and felt more like wasted time.
