There have been some huge improvements over the two years since I’ve rated this McDonalds the first time. Needless to say, the bathrooms are a little better, and the food is right with what a McDonalds should have, but the attitude of the workers isn’t changing anytime soon. The culture here is very rude and «respect me and I might respect you back» mentality. If you go in the evening, the teens working can be pretty nasty depending on who you get, but many of them are much nicer than the people who work in the morning. Service is much better, and the food is cheap, so they got that going for them!

20 minute wait for a very simple order. Lots of staff that are milling about and in no particular hurry as the line gets frustrated and some people leave. No apologies for slow service and attitude when asked about it.

The lady was rude that we were talking to through the drive thru. After we ordered we went to the second window and waiting for like 5 – 10 mins then drove back to the first window we ordered from to see what’s going on. The lady made it seem like they forgot about us. We drove back to the second window and the lady handing us our food told us the fries was taking long but nobody bothered to acknowledge us and let us know. We got our order and it was missing the sauce.

Had the rudest cashier lady at 8:50am. Kept asking is that it? Is that it? In the middle of our order. Than said have I nice day twice without giving us 3 more items. Needs an attitude change.
Ten went to the bathroom an urine was everywhere. Definitly Will not return to this mcdonalds.

Way too many flies! Garbage cans overflowing and bathrooms pretty bad. Food order was spot on and predictable like any other McDonald’s.

Not really sure why everyone is so hard on this place. The entire staff was working when I was there, nobody just sitting around. McDonalds can’t possibly get higher than a 3 star from me however I was surprised by their new healthy wraps. Under 400 calories which is not bad. The coffee was good and for a quick stop before you go through the tunnel, this place is not bad!

Have you heard of McDonald’s new smoothie flavor? Wa’berry. Tastes like ghetto. The face of its new ad campaign is the girl who rang up my McCafe iced latte – and had to count out six cents change on her fingers.
