I have received both massages and hypnosis from AHA. For someone who has struggled with chronic pain and other issues, this has been by far the best service. The difference: the practitioners take the time to get know you and your needs. I really feel they care about helping me improve my circumstances and helping me relax in the process.

The AHA Center provides the perfect balance of attention to both physical and spiritual needs. They recognize the integration of mind and body, and they have professionals to provide guidance in massage, life coaching, hypnosis, acupuncture, just to name a few. I have had one of the best massages of my life there, and not only was the therapist concerned about my physical relaxation, but we also discussed the mental stresses that contributed to the tension and imbalance in my back and shoulders.
I would recommend the AHA center for anyone who is interested in taking the integration of their well being to the next level.
