I honestly wish I could have reviewed the business on the services they provide. Unfortunately, their lack of customer service and organization did not allow me to partake in anything other than walking in and out of their front door. Two days ago I called Bowland Cape Coral and reserved 2 lanes as part of a staff appreciation for a corporate meeting. After being put on a brief hold I was told that I could be squeezed in for 2 hours from 5 – 7 pm. Not wanting to put anyone out I opted only to reserve for an hour from 5 – 6 pm. The individual(male) took my first and last name and said he had me «down.» Today, after my meeting, I arrived at Bowland Cape Coral and was told by JP(the assistant GM) that there was no reservation. Not once in his rambling was there an apology. First, he suggested I called the wrong Bowland as there are 7 locations. Let me just say, after this experience, those are 7 locations I will never attempt to visit. He went on to say there was only one reservation — for a Mark and that he would be unable to honor it. When I explained the situation about how it was a corporate event he said I spoke to the wrong person and would need to contact their Corporate Event Planner. After explaining that was of no assistance to me at that time, JP responded that he didn’t know what to tell me. At that point I asked for his managers’ contact information. I had eleven employees waiting to bowl — one of which brought her own bowling ball from Bradenton. Bowland Cape Coral clearly has some business skills to review. I fully intend to contact Skip Hintz(the GM) and the franchise owner as this is just ridiculous.

Sports bar(Nemos) has decent bar food but terrible service. A group of around 12 of us(they knew ahead of time we were coming) were there 6:00 on a Thursday evening. Literally 4 other people in there and our waitress and the bartender stood and chitchatted between themselves, never coming to check back on our table until we waved her over. Not only that but she was not friendly and never a smile. Her tip reflected my experience!

Best bowling alley I’ve been to in Lee county. The food is so good(especially the breakfast) that I come here instead of a restaurant for breakfast. Even the coffee is great & I’m picky about my coffee. They’re always running deals which makes it even more appealing to go there & play a few games. And did I already mention how delicious the breakfast was??? Lol!

Dont make reservation because they don’t honor or know what they are doing. One of the worst experiences I have had we had to get our money back and left. I would not recommend this establishment. It has one of the rudest ppl Ive ever had to deal with in charge I wont call her a manager because she couldn’t manage anything going on or staff … Don’t waste your time or money there. Go to the alley on del prado its owned by the company but a million times better …

I’ve never seen so many babies at a bowling alley at midnight… It’s a great Alley and they have a nice sports bar attached to it. A nice revamp from the days of dark dungeon style bowling alley bars. All the Employees were helpful and they had a bunch of yummy things on the menu. They featured a «Glow Bowl» but it was only having the lights turned down and adding some DJ lights and fog machine… so not really a glow in the dark extravaganza. Other than that there was clean lanes… and Horrible parenting
