The management at this location is extremely rude. I have been in several times and have interacted with them. They severally lack costumer service skills and quite frankly seem irritated that they even have to deal with their clientele. The store is convenient to my location but the service is so bad that I drive a little further to another Dollar Tree.

Employees are nice. But sometimes they don’t have enough checkers. I live here full time and when it’s season on Saturday, you need more than one check out line. Eventually, a second checker assisted. She was very nice. Great prices, great location. I will still shop here.

Who rates a dollar store… I guess this girl does(pointing at self). If it wasn’t so close to my work and had the cheap things I was looking for, I would just go to the one closer to my home but sadly I’m lazy and its convenient. There always a long line from 11:30 — 1:00 pm with one register open, poor break time is to blame, thats my theory. Morning and evening its a breeze, getting in and out. If you’re looking for cheap, look no farther.

I live around the corner so this is a quick spot to pick up lots of easy, cheap items we forget at the grocery or toiletries like toothpaste, etc. they carry Crest and name brands so it’s not all off brand who knows what you’re gonna get stuff. The staff are always friendly. Hats a nice bonus! A great bargain are Mylar balloons for birthdays. Each one is a buck which is a good deal less than party stores. In fact almost all their party supplies are a great deal. Another bargain is gallons of bottled water during hurricane season. Cheaper that he supermarket for sure. Greeting cards are 2/$ 1.00. Selection is what you’d expect. It’s a great spot for school supplies and craft supplies, kitchen gadgets, hair ties and clips, and decorations for the latest holiday to get in the spirit. Personally, I’d stay away from: hair dye, pregnancy tests, food with questionable expiration dates…

I hate a business attitude to seems to state they are doing you a favor for being there. I am doing them a favor by stopping and spending money. Today I took my elderly mother to this store to buy some Easter cards for her to send to family. She is disabled and gets around slowly with a walker. We were having a problem locating the Easter cards and asked the clerk for help. She was real nasty with her response giving me a dirty look to boot. After a few minutes of looking at cards, my mother was tired and wanted to sit down. I asked if ther was a place she could sit. The clerk said she would have to go outside to a neighboring business site where there was a bench. The clerk gain acted as though it was a big bother for her to be helpful. I told her I will not return to this store in the future. Some people never learned how to be courteous to customers. We pay the bills. Not the owner or the employees. Some how that seems to be forgotten today.

Huh. It’s a dollar store. Pretty much everything is one dollar. I’m pretty sure a lot of the stuff you can get elsewhere for less than a dollar. The items that are probably a good deal are greeting cards(American greetings at that), gift wrap/bags, and compact packing bags(which I know are $ 5+ on travel sites for name brands). There is always a line at this store. They are pretty good at temporarily opening up a second line, but no one will go into it. So I’m“m usually skating past five people in front of me for a quicker checkout.
