L and J Nails

After searching for two years of «My Nail Place» to go. I have finally found the answer! We had a fantastic experience from the time we walked in the door with my friend. We were offered wine and the pedicure was amazing. Most places do not give you a leg massage unless you pay for the upgrade. They gave a 30 minute experience and a very long massage. They listened to what I wanted and it exceeded my expectations. My nails and feet look awesome for much less than I have paid at any other nail salon. The most impressive thing is they are so polite. Please go to L and J nails. You will be a loyal customer after your first visit!

Went to the nail salon today based on reviews from Unilocal.So happy I did.
Nicky gave me the best pedicure I have had in the year I have lived in the Cape. However I agree that there is upcharges related to the pedicure but they were well worth it. My acrylic fill manicure is awesome. There is only one small request I will have the next time I go back, I would like 3 coats of polish. That’s just my preference. Looking forward to my next visit.

I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE A 0! The staff is extremely rude and cares more about smoke breaks than their customers! I got a pedicure that they said was $ 35 with shellac and they didn’t tell us until the end that it was an additional $ 25! A $ 60 pedicure! Not worth it at all! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I just moved to cape coral from NJ i tried a few places nothing compares to this place I give this place 5 stars they are friendly staff nice inviting they do a great job on nails… they recpect there customers they avoid speaking there language and to Me they did not seem pushy in trying to add more on me money wise

Nicky gave me the best pedicure massage I’ve ever received! Friendly people, professional staff and a great pedicure. I recommend the royal pedicure, it was amazing.
This parlor is located in a nice, safe area in Cape Coral. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for great nail services.

they even talk right in front of you in their language that is so rude very unprofessional I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! I am regular customer at L and J nails but this time when I went to get a pedicure I went on Wednesday July 3, 2014 a hour before closing and Lisa and John were on vacation and they had someone else working for them well they were not busy and I mentioned to them I wanted a pedicure she told me sorry she turned me away I could not believe it the other employee was not busy they had time to do my pedicure that is bad customer business that is not way to have returning customer. A happy customer is a returning customer They sold their business and now new owners so I thought I would give them 1 more try so sorry I went they talked about me to there employees putting me down that is terrible I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also they went on about my toe being bruised with another customer this is a shame I will not recommend this L and J nails to anyone. Same name but completely different owners very bad customer service.

So I drop my wife off for a pedicure and manicure. While they were working on the pedicure the lady stops to let her know that the person that they had an appointment and that they wouldn’t be able to finish unless she wanted to wait mind you she had the wrap to take off the no chip on her nails, that my wife had to take off herself. Than my wife calls me to bring her cash because their machine wasn’t working. You would think that they would let you know 1. That they didn’t have time to finish instead of stoping half way through the work and 2. That the credit /​debit card machine didn’t work. Instead they were telling the customers to go to the ATM. WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NEVER AGAIN.

I do not suggest anyone wasting your time here. Low quality, no good vibes, rude workers. They try & take on more then they can handle. Was very disappointed we spent the $ we did. Try Sunshine Nails! Way more professional!

Watch out for the upcharge in the pedicure chair. When I called they said pedicures were 20. When I was having my pedicure they try and get you to upgrade. I did. We’ll see. Still in the chair, so far so good!
Overall, did not like the selection of colors for Shellac or regular manicures/​pedicures. Although they are VERY nice people who run the place!!! And they did a fine job. Just need more colors — especially for Shellac!

Lisa & John are, hands down, the best place to go for your nail needs! I moved away four years ago and I still have yet to find anyone I like. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is always friendly and the prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend them!

Everything was great about the customer service and my pedicure EXCEPT the nail polish part. They did a base coat, 2 coats of color and NO top coat? Needless to say the nail polish chipped off the next day. I’ve always had my pedicures last weeks. Not returning to this place… wasn’t worth the $ 53 spent.

Normally I try not to write negative reviews. But THIS place, HORRIBLE! I’m not just saying bad service or experience. I went in for a manicure and ended up with NAIL FUNGUS ON ALL MY NAILS! Never in my life have I EVER had nail fungus until going to this place. Yes, they serve alcohol, but maybe they should be using it to sterilize their tools.

Moved to Cape Coral in December 2012– went to three other places closer to my house and wasn’t satisfied with the way my nails were done.
Came across L&J because they were close to my sons school… This place does a really great job… They will do pink and white or gel or anything you like… My nails always look fabulous– I won’t go anywhere else!

I have my nails done here every time that I come to visit my daughter.
I love the way Lisa does my nails, she is really the best that I have found. the shop is very clean and comfortable. IQ highly recommend you go there.
