This place is a huge scam. They steal the items consigned and claim they sold them after the contract expired. We renewed out contract like clockwork and then poof… We could not get ahold of them to renew and then like magic our furniture sold. We made several attempts to get a bill of sale and proof of the sale date. This is the type of business where breaking trust and shady practice is the norm. You would be better off putting your furniture to the curb than trusting it with these despicable people.

Bought an expensive«leather» couch from them, turns out as it sits here now flaking and peeling revealing fabric under the fake leather that it is not leather and was likely worth nothing near what it cost. Asked the opinion of a furniture person who stated there is no way they wouldn’t have known it was not leather. They do not accept returns or hold any responsibility for what they sell, «you bought it, it’s your problem now» is their customer service approach.

My experience with Lindsey’s was excellent yesterday I worked with a woman by the name of Jen, she handled me with great customer care she was there working alone, but seemed to get everyone taking care of in A efficient manner I give her five stars for being able to handle five people all within 30 minutes

This establishment deserves zero stars based on their terrible customer service and unethical business principles. They intentionally prevent customers from receiving their due payments and refuse to reconcile their dealings. The fact that they are still open for business is a testament to how deeply they are able to steal from their customers by not paying for the furniture they collect.

don’t go there with your stuff because: — they charge you a lot for pick-up — they add all kind of extra costs to their comission — they decide on the sale price — you have no control of the sales and the sale prices — at the end of the term, your belongings will become ‘store property’!! BEWARNED: DON’T DOIT. If I could turn back the clock, I would rather donate all of my furniture and decoration(that were only one year old and costed me $ 6.000) to church, thrift shop or the salvation army!!!
