Tru-Clean Carpet & Tile Care

Well I made an appointment I live in a gated community so I called to announce their coming arrival. Waited an hour and had not arrived. They had me for wrong date but was quick to fix that and make a deal. They had new building and some phone and computer issues that day. On next appointment day they were on time and got started right away. They started from the back of the house and worked their way through. Carpet was spayed with stain remover before starting. I checked the room after and everything looked good. Noted floor were not overly wet. Every part of carpet looked stain free even it the areas that were really traffic areas.
It’s been day 3 and carpet still looks good. Worker answered all my questions. Was very polite. Did his job and then left. I will use them again. See how it does. I’m sure they are trying to do their best. They did for me. The price was just as they said. No surprises. Yeah I expect to get what I’m told.

This company receives no stars. Business owner thinks he is God, they did a poor job of cleaning my carpet and an alright job on my tile, when I called to talk about it they gave excuses instead of fixing the problem. Ask the technicians to see their certifications and I’m sure some of them will not have anything to show. Very displeased with the service and attitude of this «family owned» business. Will not be calling ever again.

Came out to clean carpets and found that they charge extra for stains. Cleaning results were not what I expected. While the price per room was reasonable, they charged $ 1 sq. foot for an area rug. Would not use again
