Quoted me 3 days for a simple torque converter replacement ended up taking over 2 weeks. Every time I called they had a different excuse and on top of that the office lady was really rude and arrogant. This was my first and last time that I used this shop. Price wise I would say they were not really cheap but also not really expensive either. All over all I would not recommend this company.
