I would give our local Enterprise 5 stars if the staff didn’t turnover so often. Between new college interns and promotions, the staff is always revolving. The problem with this is those of us that use the company weekly(for business purposes) have to «train» the new young interns and mgrs. I get frustrated when I need to come and go quickly and I have to deal with a «new» person. I have to point out once a year to the newest mgr that his inefficiencies are not my inefficiencies and I do not have the time or tolerance to wait until he gets drivers or cars back from oil changes. I would also point out that many of their no smoking cars apparently are really smoking cars. I have begun to decline them or bring them back once the covering scent they used in clean up fades and I begin to smell ashtray odor. They claim to charge a clean up fee to customers for smoking in the cars but the staff admits they rarely do. Aside from my complaints, they are always friendly and scramble to correct any problems.

I have rented from this branch for nearly twenty years. We travel out of state to visit family often and don’t want to put miles on our cars. So we rent. The service at this branch has declined markedly in the last two years. The cars are rarely clean on the inside. They often reak of cigarettes with burns and ash in the upholstery even though it is clearly marked they are to be no smoking. Recently when I have made a reservation for a specific sized car, they would only have one on the lot to choose from, if that. More often they would show me several other vehicles available, thinking they were still in the size I reserved but we’re actually upgrades without disclosure. I’ve had to wait up to an hour an a half past my reservation time for a car that was being serviced or they just didn’t have one on the lot. The cars are all coming and going from other states so they are not aware of the inventory they have. Although the representatives are nice and want to please, their management and flow of inventory has been really poor, to the point that we are ready to terminate our twenty year relationship with Enterprise.

Great service with a Great staff and clean, fun cars to rent! My Nissan Altima got 36 mpg on my weekend trip to Kansas City, can’t beat that in a full size car! I’ll be back to rent next time for sure!
