I would like to start out by saying that I talked with the owner and I talked with Chelsey and am totally amazed at their dedication to the job and the customer. I had a question about parts and the owner stopped what she was doing and spent about 15min on the phone with me after the store was closed to help me out.
I further had an issue with an order that I made through a different company and Chelsey here at JSE spent several mins on the phone helping me out making sure that everything I needed was handled to accommodate the bad day I was already having with another supplier.
Lets just say that I WILL most definitely be using them in the future for my future parts needs. Great company and I will totally recommend them.
