Three stars but I won’t be going back. They earned points for seating me quickly. The lady who did my nails charged me $ 3 more than what I was quoted by the fellow who greets customers. Poor quality, too. She didn’t adequately grind down the area next to the cuticle and it looked pock-marked. She should have noticed this.

Didn’t care for them. The environment was nice and the people were friendly but their work wasn’t very good. For what they charged me they should have payed more attention to detail.

I like my nails but felt ripped off. All I got was a gel manicure, and it took an hour and a half. They slowly filed my nails for like 45 minutes… Pretty weird. Then charged me $ 35 dollars because«that’s how much it costs for the cuticles and massage» that I didn’t ask for. I won’t be back!

Went w my mom on Sunday because I was in town visiting for the weekend and it’s the only place open on Sunday. I got Shellac nails and they started cracking within a day. Now it’s Thursday and I only have 3 mails that don’t have some sort of cracks. I had Shellac for a month before from another place with no issues, so I don’t think the issue is my nails.(Only went in to get my nails done because they had grown out.) They left my nails under the lights for what seemed like a really short time. I got French tips so the cracks look pretty bad(not hidden because of color polish). Two stars only because they were really busy but appropriately staffed for it — we walked in and were helped immediately even though there were already 8 or 10 other people getting manis or pedis in the(small) space.

Went early in day hoping it was cleanest then. Went because I received a gift certificate from nieces and nephews for Mother’s Day. Took my sister for the fun. Lack of English was an issue. And the young lady doing Cheryl’s feet was way too aggressive and rough with her big toe cuticles and nails. Bleeding and multiple complaints didn’t seem to matter. Almost left. Got them done even though they couldn’t keep their eyes off the mall. Who were they watching for? Won’t be back

2.5 stars. When I was visiting my parents a few weeks I was tired of my ugly feet, and one of my toenails was turning black(running side effect), and this was the only place we could think of for a pedicure. About 2 life times ago I did an employment stint at the Payless next door and there was always women coming in waving their acrylics from this place. I picked a green nail polish, and after the fact I thought that could have been dicey as the place looks quite run down and possibly infection brewing. The spa pedicure chair honestly looked like it was there forever, and I didn’t see them disinfect the basin. When I sat down she handed me the massage chair remote and it was all torn up and didn’t work. As for the actual pedicure, it was okay. I think the price was $ 23, which is a bit more that I’d pay in the California mentioned in their title. Three weeks late it’s held up decently well.
