While looking for a place to eat, my friends and I saw this place and decided to pop in. It’s a cozy little atmosphere with a menu that reminds me of Sunday dinner. The Rosemary chicken ravioli special was outstanding. The portions are large and the food is so tasty you’ll be tempted to eat the entire plate. I highly recommend this place!

Do you want to eat a whole lot of amazing Italian? Then come here. This place is DELICIOUS and the food is so good. The portions are large but I am totally fine with it, the only problem is it’s so good that you can’t stop eating all of it! I loved the environment and the staff were super courteous!

This is a diamond of a place. A must for Italian food. I had the cheese toasted ravioli ‘s the marina is wonderful. Than ordered the Stromboli and it was huge and very very good, husband had the Calzone and the kids had the spaghetti. All I can say is the holy meatball, the meatball is the best i have ever had. This is definitely a must for good Italian food, most definitely be coming back. A new favorite.

If you’re brave, try and eat an entire calzone in one sitting. I’ve yet to do it! They could easily make it into an eating challenge. Amazing portions, friendly staff, awesome taste, and save room(ha!) for their awesome canoli or tiramisu. We took the largest pizza they had home once and had to navigate how it went into the car it was so wide! Definitely recommend this place!

This place makes one seriously awesome pizza! Family owned and operated they take their food to another level of deliciousness. I did not see one dish go by that didn’t make me wish I ordered it. Service is very good. Small casual restaurant looks like it use to be an old Taco Bell. No alcohol is the only thing missing. Pizza beer… pasta wine.

So we were undecided on Pizza last Friday. I jumped Unilocal.Read a couple reviews on Mario’s. We should have listened to the previous review warning of portion sizes. The«medium» stuffed pizza was not only absolutely fantastic tasting, but was also enormous! 3 pieces is all we could tackle between the two of us. Please give them a try so we can keep them around in Cape. Yes this location has been everything from a yogurt stand to multiple Mexican restaurants so you know it’s pretty basic décor inside. Trust me — the food will make up for it! Btw– great value too.

Incredible food and service. They are now open for lunch from 11am-3pm. My family’s favorite italian food in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

First time eating here. Recommended by my son. He warned me about the portion size. They are huge. We had a vegetarian pizza and it tasted great. Service was very good, very friendly. Value for the money was great. We brought enough home, I’ll have lunch for two days! Will definitely go back to try the pastas and sandwiches.

I really don’t know where to begin. The atmosphere is lacking an Italian flare, but the food makes up for any shortcomings. It is very American, which means it has very large portions and not overly seasoned. I’ve tried only a few items and it was all good enough to order again. No real complaints. We will be back, but we will not order near as much!!!

Solid addition to Cape’s restaurant scene. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Your basic Americanized pasta, pizza place. Huge serving sizes, prompt service, family atmosphere. I would add a little more spice and complexity to the sauces but that’s just me. Would get my vote for best Italian in Cape even with another new place opening that is more«upscale.»

Omg! Where do I begin! Fresh made to order defiantly not frozen Italian! The cheesy garlic knots were amazing. We got the stuffed pizza. Not for the vegetarians or dieters! I could only eat a slice but it was delicious! Lots of meat and cheese and the crust perfectly cooked. Plus when we were leaving we could see them hand tossing the dough for the pizzas! Our server was great too. It’s a family owned business that’s doing it right! Finally a local family owned restaurant that knows Italian! There’s no doubt that we will be back whenever we are craving REAL Italian food!

This place was really great. The food was good, and the price was right. It had a very similar feel to a small diner. It felt very homey. The food was well prepared all the flavors were well-balanced and the service was quick. Also if you want anything on the menu is available for take and bake!
